Great room, location and staff. Madeline was very welcoming and helpful going above and beyond in meeting our specific needs. The hotel is modern and clean. Great blackouts on windows and quiet. Air con in the corridor. Beautiful location with stylish eateries nearby and a cinema. 15 minute walk into town centre.

I hadn't realised I needed to prearrange reservation to park my car due to limited secure parking. Fortunately, there was free onstreet parking up to 10am which was fine as I stayed just the one night. It should be made more clear, when booking, that car parking needs to be reserved. NB: the car park, which is situated under the hotel, is extreme tight for space. Anything bigger than a SUV, eg, Nissan Qasqui, will be too wide and long to manoeuvre.

A simple room for 1 night, clean and convenient with a short 15 min walk into the beautiful square in Nancy but also some resturaunts closer. Nice breakfast continental in the morning for an extra cost less then 10 euro.

Shower a bit like a space ship, but it was powerful. The concierge charged me twice for the room as I had paid first on booking.com but it has been refunded since.

Staff are extremely nice! Will answer any questions you have and will help transport your luggage if you need assistance. Quiet, simple, clean. Located close to the city center so it's easy to get wherever you want!

The elevator was out of service while I was there, which was brutal since I had two heavy suitcases to transport. Luckily, staff helped out with moving the luggage.

The staff were really friendly, the location was great, walking distance to most things in the center, the parking garage was nice and cool. The AC in the room was very nice and there was enough space in the room for my dog to walk around a bit and have her crate in the corner as well.

The mattress was really firm and the pillows pretty small.

Easy to locate, garage under building for my motorcycle.. Very pleasant reception staff and staff throughout my stay. Room airy & large, quiet residential area..quiet through night. Goid breakfast although took it at a busy period so quite cramped.

Great location. Underground safe Parking. The receptionist that checked us in was friendly & very helpful. The bed was comfortable & the shower was lovely.

The room had a big cobweb on the ceiling & the toilet wall had a few brown spat & smudge marks on it .. apart from that it was clean everywhere else.

Staff welcome and information were superb. Parking was well explained and secure. Location for walking and accessing the centre was perfect. But you have to be able to walk a certain distance.

All was just great.

B & B. I was attending a geology symposium. I travelled by tram and on foot.

I had to share the room for three nights. He too was going to the conference, but I had never met him before . He snored.

This is a hotel that I does budget right. Nothing fancy, but everything neat, clean, and functional. The staff were friendly and helpful, and able to provide useful visitor information. There was also secure bicycle storage right on the ground floor, which was accessible 24-7. I look forward to staying here again!

The room was all I wanted. Enough space, a shower that worked, a toilet that was clean. I didn't look at the TV, or did I want a fridge minibar or a Gideon bible. I was comfortable. there.
