Check in was very easy, the staff were great. I always try and speak French and the staff were very supportive and patient, but they also spoke English for the words I struggled with. The room was clean and comfortable and the curtains were nice and heavy to keep light out. The breakfast is always great at a Kyriad hotel. Great selection of food and drink, including a delicious local delicacy.

I either couldn't work out the air conditioning or it didn't go cooler than 22. I am a really hot sleeper, so like air con on around 18-19 degrees - so, although the bed and pillows were comfy, I had a poor night's sleep because I was too hot.

The superior double-room had a nice large balcony. The staff were very friendly. A big thank you to Nadjib who helped us find an excellent solution to an issue we had. His English skills were of great help.

The taxi logistics situation to get to a place for a wedding in the evening. It‘s not the hotel‘s fault but I wanted other guests to be aware in advance so arrangements can be made in advance.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel, so I hope that gives a good idea of what we think of this hotel. The location is extremely convenient for easy access to the main roads. The staff are always very helpful and even though I always try and speak French, the staff are fluent in English for the words I have trouble saying. The rooms are generally clean and comfortable. The breakfasts are very good. A great range of food and drink, including a delicious local cake - very tasty.

Only a really small issue, I really like cool rooms and usually have air con on around 18-19 degrees, but the air con wouldn't go below 22 degrees, so we had a very hot and restless night (and not in the good way). However, there is a possibility that I just didn't do the controls correctly! I always encourage hotels to have bigger towels, but they were sufficient.

Excellent breakfast! The freshly squeezed orange juice was delicious and a nice choice of good quality cold meat and cheese was available together with very tasty mini croissants. Great bathroom with very comfortable facilities and the bed was extremely comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Nothing to complain about

The hotel is clean and comfortable, quite large.Great shower/bathroom, a good bed. The room is well equipped, more than enough space to sit and work, store your luggage etc. Friendly staff, one of them even lent me her ice scraper, our rental car didn't have one. Highly recommended. We didn't have the breakfast, though it looked pretty good. My first time at a Kyriad hotel, and I don't think it will be my last.

Needed more selections of cereals. After paying local tax I was not given a receipt then I was asked for it again!

Clean & modern

Air con was not cold enough. Breakfast choice was poor

The hotel is located next the to highway so it is great for a overnight stay when travelling. The beds were supercomfy and the room comfortable and clean.

Spacious room , nice facilities better than Campanile good value for more luxurious overnight stop
