On a practical level, we enjoyed the great location (a few minutes walk to the historic centre of Honfleur). Also, the secure private parking, the characterful and unique building, the friendly welcome of the hosts and so much more. Our suite was on the ground floor with a delightful aspect onto the sunny courtyard garden. The accommodation was spacious and characterful with stylish interiors and hotel quality amenities. We particularly enjoyed the continental breakfast which was delivered to a table in our suite with great care and attention to detail. The food was delicious and a real treat to start the day. We certainly hope to visit again and cannot imagine staying anywhere else in Honfleur now that we have discovered this wonderful ‘maison d’hotes’.

Excellent location, being just a few minutes walk from the location. Added benefit of being able to park there. Very quirky and rustic. Charming hosts. Suitcases are carried for you owing to difficulty with stairs.

Rooms, although quirky and interesting, lacked cosiness and comfort. Stairs are narrow and steep, making it unsuitable for those with limited mobility. Breakfast was simple and basic, albeit with very good produce. Unfortunately, unable to cater for coeliacs (gluten free). We discovered from fellow residents that many choose to go into town for breakfast, which is close and has lots of choice.

The room was very comfortable and much bigger than expected, having a separate lounge area. Its location was great, just a 5 minute walk from the harbour. Breakfast was served in our lounge rather than in the garden as the weather wasn't great and it was a substantial feast. When trying to find the accommodation, make sure you put the address into the sat nav, not the name, as we initially ended up in the wring part of town.

Parking was a bit difficult trying to manoeuvre the car into a garage whilst avoiding the other parked cars.

the property was a few minutes walk from the old port, very close to shops and restaurants and to the lovely market on Saturday. it was a very peaceful location. we had an enormous room with a spacious en suite and our own living room as well, with a table for our generous and delicious breakfast. also plenty of tables and chairs in the courtyard. we arrived following a serious car accident coming from the ferry. We were given such a charming and sympathetic welcome, and as it was quite late as we were kept at the local hospital for some hours we were provided with a very welcome light supper of bread, cheese and fruit. we were also given assistance with taxis etc during our stay.

we had very little to complain about!

We wanted something authentic and comfortable, the accommodation definitely met our expectations and more. It is spacious and we loved its style and charm. The location is great, few minutes walk to restaurants and shops, and it has secure parking. We loved the fresh French breakfast each morning, and the host is very kind and hospitable. We have stayed for three nights, and would like to come back and stay for longer. The place instils a sense of calm and relaxation

We stressed out as the information on Booking says that check in should happen before 19.30 and we were delayed. We called the property and it was not a problem that we had a late arrival. It may help for that to be clarified as it would be helpful for people to know they could arrive in the evening (even if that is the exception).

This was a real highlight of our trip. The room was amazing and we were made very welcome. Breakfast was superb and was served in the garden. It was great to have private parking. My partner is disabled but we managed to walk into the town without issue.

The staircase could be tricky if mobility is limited but the family offered to carry everything for us which was so kind.

Hosts were very warm and generous. Showed us around the room, gave us a map of the area, and recommended a restaurant for dinner. The facilities are newly updated and include everything you could need to be comfortable. The room itself was very spacious and included a beautiful wood paneled dining room, sky lights, high quality bedding, a bath tub and shower, and more. Breakfast was served in our room and was delicious. It was very affordable for the value. Access to the garden and a parking spot was very nice as well! Thank you so much for having us!

Great space, warm and comfortable. The support provided by Antoine was excellent; he was helpful, flexible and communicated really well. The breakfast provided was outstanding.

Not much! A bit more hanging space might have been nice and some shampoo welcome but otherwise we couldn’t really fault it.

Wery nice, beautiful and friendly.. I could thought say that window curtain might be more covering, darker and It would have been super nice to have a extra plugg in by the bed. We all need to charge our phones by night. But super nice and I recommend to stay there.

The size of the room was more like an appartment. It was very comfortable and the decor was rustic but very well done. The garden was beautiful and obviously well tended. Very friendly and very helpful staff.

There could have been more choice for breakfast. Other than that nothing to dislike.
