My room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The level of conveniences for with my needs and the cost of the room. I felt safe in this property, a wonderful thing for a solo female traveler.

The foodstuffs in the vending machines were great - lots of options. I struggled with receiving my change from the machine. But the staff on hand assisted regularly with this issue. Perhaps the vending machines were in need of maintenance from a company that placed them in the lobby?

Super welcoming staff. They nicely catered to my request (i.e. upper level & view to the city). After some heavy snow during the night and morning, I was basically stuck with my car - i got the same room despite already having checked out and having left to stay another night and wait for the roads to be cleared. Also walking distance to the inner city and cathedral and opposite of the train station.

Lovely big spacious room with a balcony, very clean ,staff very nice and helpful, air conditioning was lovely in the room, location very good up from the centre of town ,the train station is across 😀 the road. ,private parking motorcycle friendly Hotel .

The private parking garage is a little hard to find .

It is described as a budget hotel which is it is. Small, basic rooms but adequate. Good garage for secure parking. Right opposite the restyled train station. Quiet & calm. Receptionists all good, ready to help when needed, good English also spoken if required by guests. Breakfast room “compact” I.e. budget. I stay here one night on return north. It’s a good location & Le Puy is a historic city worth exploring.

Perfectly located hotel. Right next to the train& bus station and few minutes walk to the city center shopping and restaurants. Reception team is very friendly and accommodating. Thank you for the tea and pastry samples in the lobby! The room was simple and had the basic amenities for a short stay.

Too many questions on this form

Extremely good value for money. Very comfortable accommodation. The breakfast was fantastic and well worth the cost. The ability to park on the premises was great.

Nothing really, it changed my mind about what budget accommodation can be like.

Breakfast excellent value for price - simple but good.

Booking.com 's communication: received email saying room I'd asked for was no longer available and to make a new choice. Luckily this turned out not to be the case and hotel had my booking. ...It meant an uncertain hour or two worrying whether we had a room!

Best Ibis budget I have stayed in. Staff all excellent friendly and helpful Easy check in and check out available til 1230 Spacious room super clean super functional. Bed pillows and linen super comfortable. Quiet room day and night. Excellent sleep Much appreciated. Wifi fast Excellent value for money.

Breakfast was excellent: staff were very helpful and kept things stocked and tidy. Room was adequate for a short stay - we really enjoyed the AC. The location was convenient for a late arrival by train after 24 hours of travel, and for walking around the whole city.
