This is an absolute oasis of a hotel whose location is wonderful, just off the A63 past Castels, and easy to find. The staff are wonderful, friendly, knowledgeable, and are a valuable asset as your hosts. From booking in at reception, serving dinner and breakfast they are fantastic. Home cooked local dishes on the menu which are very tasty. The rooms are air conditioned, clean, tidy, have hot showers, and a comfortable bed with lovely waffle type quilt covers too. Hot and cold beverages are also supplied. The swimming pool, is surrounded by an immaculate prepared garden which makes the location an oasis with a forest as a backdrop. Free, secure parking is available too. I'd recommend staying here at Hotel Paris Madrid, the staff are fantastic as are the facilities and location. Thank you 😁🇬🇧👍 xxx

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We particularly liked the state of the place, the nice pool and delicious dinner. It was very clean, kept up to standard and was exactly what we needed: a hotel to relax after a long day of traveling. Highly recommend and if we ever have a trip lined up that takes us past this hotel, we will surely go back.

We were there during a heatwave and although the climate control was working pretty well, it didn't get the temperature down as much as we would have liked. Despite the comfy beds, the warmth kept us up.

Didn’t know if I had made the right decision about booking here, but once we arrived we realised it was perfect. Travelling with 2 dogs & we were all made to feel so welcome lovely walks for the dogs around the hotel. Didn’t need to unpack the car as it was so safe. Already booked for our return trip home. Already recommended a couple to stay here for there return trip as well. The menu was a minimum selection, but was still really nice. Value for money a definite. Staff were lovely & welcoming.

Very welcoming, excellent pizza.We had to leave very early next morning and my son left his rucksack on the car park. By the time we realised we were 2hours away from the hotel . My son telephoned the hotel to explain and they said they’d try and post it for us . The rucksack arrived this morning . One very happy son and very grateful parents.Thankyou so much for going above and beyond your duties 😊

The lady on reception/bar/restaurant (shr seemed to fo everything! She was very friendly and helpful. Good shower, heated towel rail, comfy bed..We were in an accessible room which had direct access to a disabled parking space, if needed, and easy.access to all facilities. Breakfast exceeded expectations and dinner was fine. Good wine! Hotel is very close to the motorway, but in a quiet area. Great as a stop off

Lovely hotel in a rural area but near the motorway, which is very convenient. Very quiet & perfect for an overnight stay or longer! Room was spotless. Had everything you needed. Friendly staff, a warm welcome. Food was fantastic. Freshly cooked & served with a smile. Mega comfy bed. Slept incredibly well. No noise at all. Highly recommended. Perfect in every way! 😁

It's an excellent location to stay as it's close to the motorway without being disturbed by it. It is an above average accommodation for what you normally get on this route. It is a purpose built hotel that is clean and well maintained. The bathroom and the bed are both good. We had a balcony this time which was nice as we sat outside in the evening and our dog enjoyed looking out through the balcony too. There is a TV and electric shutters on the windows so you can adjust the amount of light coming in.

The flooring is a bit noisy especially in the corridor outside when guests arrive late or leave early.

We stayed here for one night as a family of four on our drive down from UK to Spain. I cannot recommend this place enough! We loved it so much we are already looking forward to staying here again on the way back up. Location wise it is just off the motorway, but surrounded by trees, so you don’t hear one car! We have a 6 month baby and the black out blinds and cot worn proper mattress were much appreciated. The staff were so friendly and hospitable. We got the pizzas as we arrived late and they were yum! In the morning we missed breakfast but the staff still made sure we got something before hitting the road.

My one wish for this property is that breakfast went on later than 9am..we were gutted to miss it :(

We stayed in the ground floor room which had direct access outside and a little patio with table and chairs. We were able to park our car right outside which was great. The hotel is just off the motorway and in a beautiful wooded area. The accept pets so we were able to walk our dog in nice countryside. We didn't use the pool but the pool area looked nice. We had a nice pizza and bottle of wine outside on the terrace by the pool in the evening. All in all, an excellent hotel for our needs as we were travelling from Spain to the UK with a pet.

The staff was very professional and helpful. The room was veryclean and nice and the bed super comfortable. I loved having a balcony. The pool was amazing. The breakfast had everything you would want. I'd for sure stay there again if I'm in this area.
