The staff were all super friendly and helpful, the bedrooms were spotless, very comfy beds, tea and coffee making facilties with biscuits. Fabulous shower with soap and shampoo. Very close to motorway, lots of parking in front of hotel. We could fill up with petrol just 2 mins away, next to a supermarket. We had a great sleep and was a very quiet area. The breakfast was exceptional, so much variety. I will definitely stay here again

Everything was great, sadly the supper didn't meet expectations, felt like it had all come out of the freezer

It was very clean and recently redecorated. The staff were very kind and helpful. This was particularly amazing because they were run off their feet and there had been a slight delay in the kitchen putting back dinner servings. However, they were very honest and open about this and apologised and were helpful in trying to get us dinner. By the time we could sit down there were only a few options still available on the dinner menu, but is did not matter because the food we had was delicious. They were also great about dogs!!

We were only using the hotel as a one night stop as it was situated close to the Autoroute and were prepared for a basic stay. The room was small but adequate and very quiet. The shower was good and the bathroom area was clean. The reception, lounge and dining area including bar were situated in a separate building, we decided to take a chance and eat our evening meal there expecting a basis menu of burger and pizza but were very pleasantly impressed by the choice and quality of the food that was served. The staff were friendly and helpful

Just everything necessary for the night. Love a Campanile! Comfortable rooms, beds are great, shutters keeps the light out, dinner and breakfast all there on site, dog-friendly, near the main roads for easy travel in and out, no rush to check out.

My room wasn't quite ready but I only waited a few minutes so no problem at all.

Perfect location with a country park on the doorstep . Handy for the A20 and our onward journey . Friendly helpful staff and lovely breakfast

Having a dog with us the two flights of concrete stairs to climb to our accommodation was a little difficult . A ground floor room for those with animals would have been sensible .

Rooms at the Campanile are always good. Clean, comfortable beds and linen, nice spacious bathroom. Coffee and tea making facilities. Doors open onto the balconies for a nice outdoor connection. Good breakfast selection and reasonable selection for evening meals. Friendly helpful staff.

Coffee sachets not replaced on second day! Apart from that minor complaint nothing to write home about.

Location was excellent and the staff very helpful

The air conditioning was on but didn’t work as well as I might have hoped (but this might have been my fault!) No bacon left at breakfast and despite asking for some more this never materialised. Despite the comments I would return as staff were very helpful

Close to the motorway, clean and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was lovely. I requested a ground floor room and got one.

The pillows. A personal gripe of mine but these were awful! We had paid in advance but were charged again! We were refunded but only after we pointed this out to staff.

This is an ideal place to stay en route through France. We were traveling with dogs so the nearby lake is a bonus. We have stayed here before and had a wonderful welcome.from the friendly and helpful receptionist. The restaurant is newly furnished and the evening meal was very good with efficient staff and the chef catered for my gluten free requirements. Very good choice for breakfast too. Good parking. Highly recommend

Everything was great, possibly the most comfortable bed I've slept in, in a hotel recently! Very convenient to the motorway but quiet. In another chain hotel now and the bed is awful!

Only one issue, the toilet seat was broken and you could have easily fallen off! Was reported on arrival but not able to replace for our stay. If that hadn't been a problem, 10/10
