The room was perfect for our needs as we were only staying one night, with a split level, so the kids slept upstairs in the two singles and we were downstairs in the king size bed. The bathroom, whilst compact, had everything necessary for our stay and the WiFi was fast and reliable. The room was also very quiet considering its reasonable proximity to the A20.

No real issues. The automatic check-in facility was broken when we arrived, but it made no difference as reception was open. It could have presented a problem to other travellers if they arrived when reception was closed.

I liked the location of the hotel, being just off the motorway. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was good value. The lady at reception was friendly and efficient.

I arrived, as agreed, late in the evening. There was an automatic check in machine. I would have preferred a person, but I knew beforehand that reception would be closed,so that was ok. However the code to open the gate to the secure parking didn't work. I managed to find a solution, thankfully.

Very conveniently located just off the highway in an area full of (fast food) restaurants. Rooms are modern, simple, clean and functional with parking right outside your window. Excellent place when traveling with a dog. Special thumbs up to the very kind young receptionist Ms. Enola. Excellent breakfast.

Nothing I didn’t like.

Was absolutely comfortable for couple,easy was booking with instructions!Morning breakfast was amazing and staff did fantastic there job!For B&B 10/10!high recommend for travelers who just want to rest after long journey or drove.

I think,I’ll added more duvet and pillow,also bathroom needs more cleaning!

24 hour check in. Great for a one night stopover. Clean room, comfortable bed. Mins from motorway with ample parking so easy access. Surprisingly quiet given proximity to motorway. Restaurants and Lidl within short walking distance. Lovely breakfast.

Lighting a bit dim, but thats personal preference.

Family room was a clever use of space with an elevated bedroom space with two single beds.

The breakfast and breakfast room wasn’t great. Limited food options and small space shared by many. But it’s okay considering the price point

The loft’s layout provides great privacy when you travel with friends. The shower although small is excellent with plenty of hot water. The breakfast was sufficient and a great value for the money.

There was construction on the road leading to the hotel making it difficult to reach the hotel.

Very helpful staff and clean comfortable room and bed very good. breakfast was very good

not didn't like but we're used to having tea making facilities in the room but it doesn't detract from a very enjoyable stay

I like it all. Excellent value for money

The room was surprisingly spacious and the bed mattresses were comfortable. The breakfast was good. The price was excellent, and the area, though not intrinsically interest, offers some restaurants.

Pillows were way too soft.
