We asked for ground floor and got it.

Sadly the guests above us decided to hold a furniture moving party until 2 am , we have a long drive on this day and I was tired all day, we ended up booking another hotel further on journey but totally unplanned and costly thanks to inconvenience of noisy guests . We smelt smoke all evening and discovered all the smokers were gathering around a bin outside our room , we are so disappointed as we are on a well planned driving holiday . Booking com will see I cancelled our hotel in Zaragoza ( cost 41 euro) and booked into a hotel in Pau

Good clean and simple service. Arrived slightly early and room was good on arrival. Staff very friendly. Breakfast basic but adequate for our needs.

One minus point for two bits really, it was hot around 30°c and so the room air con working would have been ideal but it didn't. For person staying on top bunk, a small light and charging point would be better.

I use your hotels regularly. Perfect for me when I'm working in France. Also I accidentally left a large white pillow in your car park when I left. It was quite valuable, and eondered if you had found it ? If so, please keep it fir ne and I'll collect it next time I'm in France, usually once every 6 weeks.

Not being guaranteed a parking space directly opposite my room. But I understand you can't guarantee this.

Good parking staff really helpful. Room ok bedding had holes in it but slept on top anyway . Air con a big plus . Bathroom very small but ok .

Would be useful to have plugs near bed on other side of room .

It's the same as all the other Premiere classe, We've stayed in over the years, clean and basic you know what to expect. The secure car park was a bonus, and the location is good just off the motorway. Not the quietest we've stayed in but not the worst (for road noise). Nicely located for a Lidl if you want anything you've forgotten, and a couple of restaurants with walking distance.

Lack of electrical outlets. one in the main room and one in bathroom over sink, don't fancy that for charging my phone. Check in not the fastest. The positioning of the third bunk is NOT well planned as it is very close to the bathroom door NEVER had it this close before !!!

Great overnight stop. Location just off the motorway. Physical reception.

Room maybe a little small. Only one electrical plug to charge our electronic appliances.

Good location, few restaurants nearby (Leon was excellent). Dogs allowed, parking available. Have stayed here before and would use again

The local area is a bit scruffy, saw rats when walking dogs before bed but was otherwise good

The air conditioning was a lifesaver with 40° Celsius! Everything was clean, enough towels and the staff was very nice and helpful.

I didn't state a preference for a quiet room we stayed one night, up early the next morning and left very convenient location just off the A20 road

I've stayed here before and the hotel has all I need for a night in transit. Breakfast was good value and staff helpfull
