Location. Close to main railway station and easy access to centre. Clean. Quiet. For a budget hotel very good value for city centre. Secure on site parking, 12 euros a bit steep. Perfect for a couple of nights stay.

Nothing to complain about. It’s a budget hotel in a good location. Breakfast was only 8/9 euros so don’t expect a big spread. But it’s adequate.

The facilities were good for a budget hotel, with an underground car park (not secure) to keep the motorbike dry. The whole hotel is well kept and clean, but is beginning to show its age. It's also within easy walking distance of the city centre.

The queue for breakfast . . there was only one coffee machine in use, in the middle of all the breakfast food. There was another one available for use, but no-one could see that until they sat down.

The perfect location for exploring the lovely town and further afield, being only a 5 minute walk from la gare de Limoges-Bénédictins.

The only thing that would have been better was a kettle in the room, but there's vending machines in the reception area for small hot drinks.

Functional room with a comfortable bed. Excellent covered parking onsite. No fuss check in. Good location within walking distance of city center and train station. Some restaurants, cafes and supermarkets close to the hotel.

No onsite facilites. Restaurant service which was closed during our stay. Definitely a budget hotel.

I liked this hotel. It has on site, off road, parking. The room was a good size although the shower room could have been a bit bigger. Staff were great. The restaurant served a very good soup and pizza, beer a bit pricey. breakfast was OK. I was very happy staying here.

Close to centre of town 10 mins walk. Staff very polite friendly. Frederique was very helpful and friendly ,good sense of humour.chatted with us in bar. Good value for money

Simple clean and not too expensive, very good location, close to station and easy walk into centre.

Breakfast could have been a bit more interesting, though the viennoiseries were fresh and tasty.

Parking on the premises, very easy access. Quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to the historic downtown area. Great value for the low price, very competitive pricing.

Staff were friendly and efficient and spoke good English. A good breakfast was value for money. Parking was secure and not so expensive. Good to have a bar on site as well.

There was no need for a room key, we just had to remember the room code to enter.

There were only two big towels so more towels would have been nice.
