Katie was brilliant !!! She turned adversity into a delightful stay. It was Quite and the room was great as was the location

It doesn’t say it’s a virtual reception !!! One vital piece of information missing. If you’re not tech savvy save yourself some heartache We were just lucky we got in and Katie realised that we were in our mid 70s and should not lug our luggage to the top floor Without this lady being there to sort it out it would have ended in tears for us ! This is hands down the best hotel I’ve stayed in for years! I loved his easy the check-in/ key arrangement is with the doors being unlocked from your phone. No faffing, no hassle- very much on your terms. Breskfast was great and the studio room? Wow- for €200 for 3 nights? It was an apartment pretty much and was beautiful. Communication to pay for late check out was cheap and easy and the lockers for luggage was so handy. All round a great hotel in the perfect location.

There’s no downside to this hotel.

Breakfast was excellent. The room was clean and tidy and the bathroom was also very clean and well equipped. The charging port next to the bed was very handy. On arrival, a lady and her daughter were there tidying up the breakfast/sitting area. They were really helpful. It's very good value for money, especially as breakfast is included. It's ideally placed for exploring Limoges.

The only negative is that the rooms facing onto the street are a little bit loud (which is to be expected in a city). This could be problematic if you're a light sleeper so an option to request a room at the back of the property would be good.

Great location in a great part of Limoges: Cute boho-chic design. Helpful staff (responded immediately to inquiries via phone or email). I was hesitant about staying at a totally digital „hotel“, but it was easier than I thought and worked out really well. Loved that they included a small library of relevant books in our mini-apartment. The 24/7 access to coffee, tea and sparkling water was also great, plus the small outdoor patio outside the breakfast room.

The shower (like almost every modern shower in every modern hotel), didn’t drain properly and only had half a glass wall to partition the rest of the bathroom, and so you are likely to drench the bathroom every time you shower. I wish interior designers would be forced to shower in the shower they recommend, so they can actually experience if it’s practical or not. Also some towels in the kitchen would have been great, as I didn’t want to use bath towels to dry the dishes. Minor details, but I would definitely book here again and recommend to anyone going to Limoges.

It’s in a great location and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was basic but just what you needed before heading out. We really appreciated having the luggage lockers and being able to come back in the day time to make ourselves a hot drink even though we’d checked out. We had a bit of trouble knowing what room we were in (late booking and internet issues meant we were slow to receive messages) but we just used the intercom on the front door and the lady was very helpful.

Great location, convenient parking, and a lovely building. The room was spacious, incredibly clean, and nicely appointed. The linens and towels were quality as well. The property inside was quiet and you didn’t hear people in the hallways or their rooms. They have a breakfast room with a coffee machine and a selection of breads, chocolatine, cheese, and yogurt. They did have an attendant in there for help.

It’s not that I didn’t like it…it took some time figuring things out as I had never been to an “autonomous” property. Everything was accessed using your cell phone and QR codes.

Beautiful building that has been very tastefully renovated. Check-in was automated and very easy and the staff onsite were excellent. Really a lovely find and great for the price.

The location isn't great. Lots of guys hanging around in groups at night which made me feel uncomfortable. Difficult to find decent food (admitted it was a Sunday evening).

The people who made this hotel really know what it is like to travel with your job, every home comfort is here but it is done in a way that is refreshingly different compared to predictable corporate hotels at a similar price. I would very strongly recommend this hotel, the location and the friendly helpful and sincere staff.

Great location - loved the social spot at the top of the hill with bars, restaurants and the cinema. Easy, flexible customer service - made it simple to book an extra night. Comfortable, smart rooms. A quiet refuge at the end of the day and great WiFi for work calls.

While the phone-activated digital lock system is cool, it was a bit faffy smtms when reconnecting to the WiFi / having to enter your phone number for verification etc. Smart idea though... I love dogs, just not in the communal kitchen / living spaces lol. When someone's pet barks at you and starts eating your fruit, it's a bit of a turn off.

Very cool building. I took an apartment so that I could stay for a few days and work comfortably. The place was really nicely done, clean, and comfortable. Be forewarned, though. It was on the top floor which meant walking up several sets of stairs. A good workout but not for everyone. Whatever you do, don’t miss the breakfast each morning. Amazing!

It got very cold at night and the outlet for the heater in the bedroom was dead. But the heater cranked in the living room.
