Easy check in/out. Convenient location. Easy access to rooms (via keypad codes) so didn’t have to worry about carrying key. Staff were friendly and helpful. Free parking outside or underground parking for a fee. Dog friendly - though, limited green spaces to walk nearby (other than park opposite station which was in use as fairground during Christmas weeks).

No lift working. Luckily we were given a G/F room on request. But the only room available was on the ground floor at street level - so couldn’t open window at night. Coffee via vending machine only (quality and size for 1.50€ was a bit much). Not much of a selection at the ‘bar.’

The room is small, with no frills, but it's more than adequate--clean, quiet, good shower, very good breakfast for the price.

I'd have liked clearer information about how to get to the hotel from the station. That sounds ridiculous, because you can see the hotel from the station. But DON'T leave the station by the main exit, or you'll be forced to walk right past the hotel with no easy way to get to it. It's necessary to leave the station by a side exit, and then go down one level, after which it's a 2-minute walk.

Tremendous lighting, especially for reading in bed. Clean room and bathroom. Lots of sockets for plugging things in. Did not take the breakfast, which looked fairly standard. Firm bed for good night's sleep. Nice "feng shui" for a budget, train station hotel. Was only for a night because 2-minute walk to the station. Dropped off my bags early which they kept in the office while I returned rental car.

Not all Americans are used to the half-glass barrier instead of a shower curtain but doesn't bother me. Nothing I didn't like. Was not looking for extra, sitting chair beyond the desk chair. Desk area well-lit.

We have stayed here once before. It's 5 minutes walk to the railway station and 10 minutes walk from the city centre. It's basically, but clean, the staff are friendly, there is a good black out blind in the bedroom, it was reasonably quiet, the bed was reasonably comfortable, the room was a nice temperature, there are breakfast facilities ( though we didn't use them this time). We were on the ground floor this time which was great with luggage.Perfect for a one night commuter stay.

Earlier in the evening we had some "noise " from the room next door, but luckily it didn't continue into the night- so the walls are fairly thin. No hairdryer ( but this is a budget hotel so I understand that), we had an issue with the shower overflowing when one of us was in , but not the other- not sure what caused that, we should have mentioned it but we were rushing for our train.

Clean, close to the train station and not too far from the center

I just stayed here in this August and it was my second time here, during the night, I asked about the hotel's parking lot to the lady at the counter, she talked to me and looked at me like I was a beggar. Of course, I'm a foreigner who doesn't speak French very well but, I booked and paid, I didn't stay for free, other than that everything else including the other staff was good.

This hotel continues to deliver 100+ %. We have stayed here many times as it is right next to the train station and it is also perfect for us in every respect: Location, super clean, very well equipped and up-to-date facilities, modern with large tv's, very friendly and accommodating staff, quiet rooms, fast check-in, and a great breakfast, all at a reasonable price.

Maybe 1 or 2 English speaking tv stations.

We always stay here when we go to Limoges. Only 100 meters from the Benedictine train station and close to many attractions. The staff is super friendly, the place is immaculately clean, the coffee is the best in town, the breakfast is superb and reasonably priced. They have a very modern cozy little bar well supplied with wine and liquor, and now that they have done some renovations, the rooms look really good and they have new big tv's as large as you will find in most any luxury hotel.

Air conditioning controls are too complicated.

I've stayed here a couple of times now. It's very handy for the station (you can come out of a side entrance of the station, go over a walkway and down some steps and you'll be more or less outside the hotel, so you don't have to go the long way around via the road.) Clean and quiet, with good aircon and comfortable beds. I haven't had the breakfast, so I can't comment on it.

Best for a short stay - slightly impersonal, but absolutely fine for a couple of nights.

The hotel is very well situated, across from the main railway station and an easy walk into the city. We only had one night there and it was very quiet. The room was clean and the bed comfortable although the room was quite small and there were no tea/coffee making facilities. However there is a machine for that in the reception area for a small fee. The staff were great, very helpful. Breakfast was good. It was extremely good value. Parking underneath the building (there is a charge for that) is very handy.

Nothing in particular

Having stayed here a number of times in the past, I had hoped this time would be just as good. Fortunately, it was! They still have some great people, from Alexandre ( who apparently never goes home as he is always there) to the new young lady, Arwine. All extremely helpful and friendly. And... they still have the best coffee in town and the best location for the train station- just a quick 3 minute walk. I shall return soon!

The air conditioning / heating system thermostat is a bit complicated and difficult to control. If they would put in a simpler one, I would love EVERYTHING about this place.
