I've stayed here more than once as I sometimes have to stop over in Limoges for a night on my way to or from a writing retreat. Although it's a fairly typical modern chain hotel, the fact it has a very spacious lobby and bar area, as well as a little courtyard garden, give it an edge over similar hotels. Rooms are comfortable, staff always helpful and efficient, breakfasts are very varied - and the location is convenient, very near the station and a short walk to the historic centre. It would be a suitable place for families - there are lots of games in the bar area.

Nothing - for a hotel of its type, I wouldn't expect anything further, and everything always goes smoothly.

The young lady on reception was just so friendly and made us welcome. She accepted out attempt at speaking French and then spoke to us in exceptional English! Chatting each time we went past. The beds were comfy. Breakfast was fine and the hotel was clean. The price was very good for what we received. Thanks for everything.

The pillows were huge and we found them impossible to sleep on. Came home with a back neck! We didn't feel very safe outside the hotel, there were groups of men hanging around everywhere, in the park, all over the streets.

Did not have breakfast ,location was very good, short walk to town centre and railway station, the outside garden area was lovely and a nice park across the road, board games were positioned all around inside and outside, would have no problem staying here again. Secure parking at 8 euros for 24 hours under the hotel was Very good , we picked people up from the airport, then went back to Limoges and parked at the hotel for the day and had a good look around.

We have stayed here several times. It's a great hotel. Very comfortable and so quiet. The beds are comfortable . The staff are lovely. Can't recommend enough for a city centre break. Close enough to walk to the centre but far enough to sleep well.

It was all positive for us

Modern, stylish, clean, central and great value for money. The hotel room was better then anticipated for the price paid, and the hotel garden area was especially nice. The staff were fantastic, especially Charlotte and Channel, and really made a difference to the experience of staying in this hotel. Buffet breakfast was very nice and I also had a light lunch in the Restaurant which was excellent, nice food, nice wine and great service both from the bar and the waitress.

I have no negative comments to make and believe this to be an outstanding example of a modern hotel which offers style and quality (and no, I don't have shares in the company!)

The hotel is easy to find and offers secure parking although there is free public parking adjacent to the hotel. The staff were courteous and helpful and the breakfast was very substantial. The room was spacious and air-conditioned and the most famous sights (cathedral, railway station and porcelain museum) are within walking distance.

Access to the underground car park is a bit tight and difficult if you are in a larger vehicle e,g, SUV.

Small paper cups in the room. A/C set at 24 degrees with no option to change up or down. Maybe an energy saving measure but 24 is not cold enough when it’s 30 degrees outside. Maybe 22 degrees as a compromise 🤔👍

Clean hotel near to the rail station and not too far from main square. The communal spaces were large and breakfast excellent. Price very good.

AC not controlled from room so had to phone receoption every time you need it turned on or off!

Room great. Staff friendly. Clean. Ideal for my 5 year old.

Breakfast was very poor. Bacon was missing, and I had to request more in the buffet. The freshly placed scrambled egg on the buffet was COLD. no Sausages. Overall, it was a poor valve for 14 euro. It's much better in local hotels. Staff in dining are for breakfast could search for a smile. Their faces were as cold as the scrambled eggs.

Loved the modern deco, comfort and welcoming but discreet staff. Amazing choice breakfast, finally some alternative milk offered. Fresh orange juice, abundance of choice. Great shower, comfy bedding. Easy access and parking available on site and opposite. Better than many 4 star hotels we have been in.

No restaurant. But some available at walking distance.
