I like the location, the big spacious rooms with lots of natural light. Comfortable bed. Staff so lovely and helpful. Very peaceful and quiet location.

It felt more like an apartment than an aparthotel. There wasn’t anyone consistently available to talk to about small things like getting fresh towels or arranging a taxi. The staff were extremely friendly and happy to help when they were around, but they were only present for a couple of hours each day, so it was easy to miss them. The showers… I knew about the bathroom flooding from reading the reviews before I booked. lol don’t put anything in the bathroom that you don’t want to get wet.

Clean bright apartment with sufficient space not to feel too cramped despite it being a 'Studio' appartment. In a quiet residential street, benefitting from a bit of relaxing greenery. Having private car parking in a courtyard (for an extra 8 euro) is very useful, albeit it was really really difficult to get in through the very narrow gateway with a medium van (Mercedes Vito) and the parking spaces are very tight with no turning space. Door codes allow you to arrive anytime but the instructions on how to use them (2 different codes) could benefit from being much clearer. You can easily walk into the centre of Limoges in 10min which is a bonus.

The "stylish" shower setup is absolutely awful, with absolutely no panel/barrier installed to stop water spraying and splashing everywhere into the rest of the bathroom. Form over substance.

This hotel is a renovated very old charming building. Our unit was very modern and clean with a small outdoor balcony. The bed was comfy and the area was quiet. They have on-site parking for a small fee and it is easy to access the side door to bring your luggage in and out. The elevator is spacious and modern. They offer an on-site breakfast which was good, but we thought it was a little too expensive for what you get. Our room had a nice little kitchenette with refrigerator. The only thing kind of weird in my opinion, was the bathroom layout. The shower is on one end with no door or curtain so when you shower, everything in the bathroom gets wet! Otherwise it was spacious and modern. It is located in a quiet neighborhood which was great, but too far for us to walk into the main downtown area especially since it rained while we were there. We drove to a pay parking area and then walked from there. The porcelain museum was very cool! Would highly recommend! We would stay here again.

They need to enclose the shower space. Just a simple curtain would prevent water from going everywhere. They also need a fan but this may be difficult to do given that the building is so old.

Studio was in a lovely, secure building, in a great location. 15 minutes walk to the highlights of Limoges in the high town. 5 minutes to the Porcelain Museum. Lots of good restaurants and bars within 15 minutes and a supermarket 5 minutes away around the corner for essentials. Fridge in the room kitchenette was useful. We were able to leave our luggage stored at the property for a late flight, which was very much appreciated. We arrived for the fete national and the Champs de Juillet [where the fireworks display was held], was only 20 minutes walk away.

Air conditioning in the room was not able to be adjusted manually and it was very warm in an evening. Not sure if this was broken or controlled by the property.

The location was ideal, very central. The room was comfortable and spacious, with a perfectly adequate kitchen area, separate dining area, and comfortable double bed. Very quiet and with good curtains. Entry was by code which was emailed in advance, so arrival time didn't matter. There was a gated courtyard with car parking spaces big enough to take our pick-up truck (5.3m long).

The bathroom was a wet-room i.e. there was no shower tray, which was a little inconvenient, but they did provide a big squeezy instrument to brush the water towards the plughole.

Very elegant, safe parking, well lit and furnished, and lovely host and delicious breakfast.

I did not like the wet room approach to the bathroom. Everything gets wet. I would’ve liked more bureau or surface areas to put cosmetics, jewelry, guidebook, maps, etc. One has a lot of things when they’re traveling and you need surfaces to put them on surprised that the room didn’t get refreshed every day, but maybe that was my mistake. The host was lovely - an engaging personality and very kind.

The breakfast and the bathroom. Don't expect to have to stop my shower at least 3 times as the water saturated the bathmat and went under the sink and door, and also soaked my slippers. Also bathroom floor still wet 3 hours later when we got back from dinner. Breakfast very expensive, considering Only one croissant left for two people on first morning. Pillows offered no support.

Very good. Nice big room and we had a lounge/kitchen area. For a one night stay it was perfect. Very quiet and with its own secure parking. The building is quite charming and in a good part of Limoges - a fairly short walk to the centre of town

Never see anty staff, so it is a little odd, especially as you don't receive information about the check in process until quite close to the date of arrival - in fact on the morning of arrival. As we were arriving at 8pm on a Sunday night and knew that there was no reception, we were a little worried about how we would actually get in. As it turned out, it was fine and we received the door code early on our day of arrival. Would be nice if there was a tiny bit of oil/vinegar etc available in the rooms or some milk or breakfast available in the common lounge area.

We liked the character of the building and that it was beautifully decorated . It was so close to the city by foot and yet far enough for peace and quiet. The impressive porcelain museum is a two minute walk away. The private closed parking was very much appreciated. The owners are really nice, friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay again if we are in Limoges.
