It’s a stunning property, beautiful old architecture and wonderful high ceilings and good, big size apartments with good facilities in the room (mini kitchenette and fridge and well stocked with equipment) and a nice big bathroom with a nice powerful shower. It was also super convenient to have a key code for the front door and our room so we could self check in. The sheets and towels were good quality and the room v clean. Location was perfect for the old town - just a short walk away. Good parking at the property. We enjoyed our stay v much.

One small thing, the pillows were very low quality which was a shame as synthetic pillows are not expensive, and there was a stain on the headboard.

A beautiful, spacious apartment with a touch of luxury. Easy walk to town. Easy parking on site. A thoroughly enjoyable stay - we would have been happy for it to have been longer!

The only thing that stopped me giving 10/10 was the check in process. I was emailed the day before with the message that someone would be on site for check in. This was not the case. I gather from the signs (in French only) that some problem had arisen which caused the office to be closed. We finally figured out how to access our room, and then ended up helping others to do the same! The communication could definitely have been better.

Great central location to explore Limoges. Incredibly quite and peaceful. Really easy to get in in on arrival using the code provided in the booking email. Reception staff really helpful when we asked to borrow a pair of scissors and to store our luggage after our check out time as we had a late flight. The place represents excellent value for money. We would thoroughly recommend it.. Just over five minutes walk to the indoor market which is marvellous.

The receptionist was absolutely lovely, we had booked the chalet and it was really great! Quiet, private with a cute balcony, a very comfortable bed and decent shower. The kitchen was well equipped and we did cook quite a few meals there with no issues. The peace, quiet and proximity to Limoges was superb, I would definitely stay here again, just a great experience and both the check in and check out ladies were super kind and friendly!

Good location close to the old town. Lots of parking. We had the largest studio which was above the garage and not in the main building.The view from the balcony of the main house was very pleasant and there was a garden with tables and chairs. Very quiet location, we slept well.

The studio was spacious but felt a little unfinished, unpainted skirting boards and not many personal touches or decoration.Would have benefitted from a coffee table or large footstool. Also this studio would not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues as it was accessed by a small winding staircase.

The room was very beautiful, clean and spacious with all main amenities available. Very comfortable bedding with large airy windows. Only a 10-minute walk to the city centre and has available parking.

We had an issue with the door handle when we arrived and customer service was not responsive. The room was very cold in the evening with no option for heating. We received no response when we mentioned this... Kettle was full of calcium and some cutlery was dirty. Would have liked to see more care in the reception area... some flowers, magazines and perhaps some pastries for guests in the morning together with the coffee. No bottled water in the room.

It was a lovely, big, light and airy room with a very comfy bed and all spotlessly clean. Its location, being only a 5 minute stroll from the medieval centre of the city, was a definite plus. It was very quiet and had onsite parking. The kitchenette, although compact, had everything you could need for a short stay. The room had beautiful large windows looking out onto the little garden at the back where there were tables and chairs if you wanted to sit outside. A large fan helped keep us cool given it was very hot when we visited. All very tastefully furnished and decorated.

Room is spacious, it was nice and warm. The bed is 1,80m wide and the matras was comfortable. Bathroom was of a good size. Kitchen seems ok, we didn't use it. Parking was good; in the area itself it's difficult to find any spot at all, so being able to park at the hotel is very nice.

Be aware there is no lift. For us that isn't a problem but the stairs are steep. If you have a lot of luggage or small children, the stairs may prove to be a challenge.

The location, charm, secure parking, Limoges porcelain in the kitchen

We stayed in the annex called the Chalet and on a particularly hot day it was impossible to sleep at night. The unit has only one small window that can be opened (all roof windows are out of reach). The only option would be to leave the front door open at night, which we did not feel comfortable doing- the chalet is at the back of the property, but in direct line of sight from the front gate which is left open the whole night. There is a ventilator provided, but that helps very little, just moves hot air around. Facilitating opening of the roof windows, which were clearly designed to open, would greatly alleviate the problem.

Good amount of space, lovely settling with free car parking. Easy to get into the apartment once we’d found which one it was. Comfortable beds, and surprisingly quiet for being in a city.

There was a smell coming from the vent in the toilet room which had made the whole apartment smell. It was better once we’d aired the apartment. The cutlery drawer was stuck closed but there had been some cutlery left out for us. An extra couple of bowls would be good.
