I found it to be great value for money. Good location. Secure parking. We got a room upgrade. Thank you. Lobby area has a water dispenser. Great breakfast choices including omelets. I can feel that this hotel treats their guests like kings and queens. Staff was attentive and efficient. There pretty houses nearby which seem to be typical for Limoges. Highly recommended. We will go back there when we are in Limoges next time.

Nice stopover. Quiet location on the River Vienne. I am happy to recommend this hotel for a couple of nights but probably not for a long stay. The kitchenette was fine but again only for a short stay. Lovely warm shower. We didn't have breakfast due to an early departure. The receptionist was friendly and helpful.

The door stop in the bathroom needs a rubber cover. The exposed metal is dangerous and it is easy to catch a foot on it. Toilet flush sticks on a short flush. No issues otherwise.

Location was perfect, just outside city center. Kitchen was well equipped and I liked the fridge. Parking was additional costs but safe parking behind a porch. The team who was running the place was friendly.

Smoking outside at the terrace near the breakfast room. Annoying when you eat, but also the smoke went in the air and got into the rooms.

Pleasantly surprised by size of my room - truly a small 1-bed appartment. Next to the Vienne - lovely views and walks and especially across Le Pont Martial where one can fine a café, boulangerie, and pharmacy. Very comfortable bed and a real bath. Secure parking lot available.

As I was on foot, central Limoges seemed distant.

Staff were outstanding. Very responsive to messages and went the extra mile to help organise our out-of-hours access and parking

Bed was hard and pillows thin. Basic accommodation, has everything you need, but can’t complain because the price was very cheap.

Nice location by the river and a really good breakfast. The bed was big and comfortable

The bathroom needed to be completely refurbed. There was dust and dirt in the corners and a bath but no plug.

Overall the room was a bit tired but I think this is reflected in the price. It served our purpose for a short overnight before an early flight. And we saw some of Limoges.
