I stayed for several days due to moving home. The staff were so helpful and kind; the 'business' rooms adjacent to reception are well-appointed and comfortable work-stations are nearby. The suites in the annex are lovely with comfortable bed, good work station, large bathroom and separate W/C plus large wardrobe and small frig. All very clean with ventilation system (fresh air, cool, heart.) You may need to ask reception with help to use it.

There are stairs to enter whether from parking garage or front entrance. But reception available to help.

We were able to park right outside the front door of the hotel on the street which was a bonus. The hotel had reserved us a space in their small car park but it turned out that we didn't need it. Our rooms were large enough with a decent sized bathroom and nicely equipped if a little dated. The man on reception who greeted us was friendly and helpful and recommended a lovely restaurant for dinner and kindly made a reservation for us.

There are around 8 steps from the entrance at street level to the reception area so lifting heavy cases up wasn't much fun!

This is a decent hotel with good facilities for a short stay. It is in a busy area so I would recommend reserving a parking space. The check in staff members were helpful and friendly .

It was just a one night stay here so nothing to report. The reception staff member on duty at checkout seemed pre occupied with other things and didn't seem bothered with us but I guess he was very busy.

Well run hotel very conveniently situated close to the old centre of Limoges. Staff very helpful, room comfortable. Breakfast was good and varied. We enjoyed visiting the large Ceramics museum, only about 20 minutes walk away. Private car park is close and very secure.

I had some difficulty finding the front entrance to the hotel, tricky in busy traffic. No fault of theirs though, but worth some time acquainting yourself with a street plan prior to arrival by car.

The location was perfect. 10 minute walk into the centre of town and to the river. The staff in the hotel were so friendly and helpful and spoke really good English. For a hotel in France the breakfast was quite good

The access for people using wheelchairs is a problem, but we solved it by using the rear tradespersons entrance. Once inside the hotel is completely wheelchair accessible

Its location and able to park. All staff were helpful but the receptionist Cecile stood out as she was very welcoming, friendly with a great sense of humour.

Breakfast on the first morning wasn’t great as the buffet wasn’t replenished. However we mentioned it at reception and the two following mornings it was much improved.

Receptionist who checked me in and helped me on the afternoon I arrived was wonderful! Garage/parking was great. Comfy room and great shower. Very quiet; even with a room overlooking the street, the room was quiet.

Was totally ignored in the morning by the morning receptionist; no greeting and didn't even look up when I checked out; was too busy chatting to a colleague. Breakfast was disappointing....

Welcoming, friendly, helpful staff. Easy access to secure parking garage. Less than 10 minutes walk into the medieval quarters. Clean spacious room with comfortable bed and great shower plus a safe. Extensive breakfast buffet with continental including scrambled eggs, bacon and sausages. We really enjoyed our stay.

It would have been better to know how to access the reserved parking before we arrived. It took several approaches from differing directions to work out that we had to go to reception before the garage door opened. The garage its self was excellent.

Excellent location. Very clean, very comfortable, quiet. Good parking. The reception staff were excellent - friendly and efficient.

The shower wasn’t very good. The room would have benefited from some hooks on the wall for coats.
