The hotel is ideally situated for a visit to the old town centre of Limoges, with easy access to restaurants, etc. Booking in was easy and even though I had arrived early, intending to just deposit my luggage for a couple of hours. the young man on reception managed to find me a room which had already been cleaned, so I was able to move straight in. I had dealings with several of the reception staff and also a young lady cleaner and without exception, they were all friendly and went out of their way to help me. Small acts of kindness are worth an awful lot, in my opinion. The room was spotless and comfortable with a good shower and a comforable bed. I selected the breakfast option, as it was a Sunday morning and I wasn't sure what would be available elsewhere. It turned out to be a good choice as there was a cooked breakfast and everything you would want from a continental breakfast, all of good quality. Excellent value for money!

We were not happy with our first room as it smells if someone had been smoking,so we were swiftly given another room. Much appreciated.

The door to the car was not in use which meant we had to walk quite a way in the rain.Quite a lot of noise as work was being carried out.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Within walking distance of central facilities. Excellent breakfast. Very clean rooms. Good shower. Useful snack and drinks bar.

Bedroom a little on small size but practical.

Extremely clean, with the room being left in a pefect state every day and not a speck of anything anywhere. There was a great view from our room on the third floor. The hotel was in a perfect location, nearly equally distant from anywhere you might go in the city, making it very easy to get go anywhere to eat or drink, to get to the airport or to get a train. Staff were very helpful, helping out with anything we needed, offering their help and always greeting us with a smile.

The bed were comfy, the staff were very friendly. The position of the hotel was good near to bars where you could get delicacies food. It wasn't far from the old part of town. Breakfast was very nice.

Nice clean rooms and very friendly staff. I could not get the Air conditioning to work as it was set up for summer when on my visit it was 12C outside and the room was cold.

We had a late flight into Limoges arriving by Tesla taxi around 11pm Warm welcome and small inviting bar available Room was compact but very comfortable with street view Great breakfast and convenient location for wandering around the town and onward rail travel. Fitted our overnight needs perfectly

Fantastic location, parked on Churchill car park over night it was so cheap. We ate at Italian which was a 2 minute walk away. Perfect location and rooms clean and comfortable.

I enjoyed everything.

Excellent location within walking distance of everything that we wished to see. Good restaurants and bars nearby. Very good breakfast choices starting from 06:30 until 10:00 each morning allowing plenty of time to relax and enjoy the offerings. Staff all very friendly and helpful.

The rooms are basic but as expected for the style of hotel.
