Staff very friendly and happy to help. Receptionist spoke good English which was helpful to me. Rooms are budget but with everything you need for an overnight stay en route. Breakfast was pretty good value with usual pastries croissants etc but also a few hot options. No dairy milk alternatives.

No lift. OK for us but could be an issue for others. Breakfast room very small - full at 8.30 but there are picnic tables outside.

I gave this property a poor review concerning room size and facilities the manager promptly replied inviting me stay again stating I should have said something. We stayed here again September and I am pleased to say my stay was excellent in a disability room . I am more than pleased to say I would not hesitate in recommending this location the staff are very helpful and accommodating maybe I need to speak up if I’m not happy certainly the manager was right i should have given her the opportunity to resolve our issue first time around

We would like to see at least one cold cut of meat such as ham on the breakfast menu as not a great lover of bacon and scrambled eggs and continental type sausages This is preference not a criticism breakfast was good

Simple and good value stay for a pit stop after a late arrival, it ticked the boxes for what we needed as a bed for the night near the airport and car hire. Decent family room for 2 adults and 2 children. Was a short walk to the car hire places which is what we wanted and the breakfast was nice.

Could have done with a lift, was hard work getting the cases and prams up the stairs with 2 littluns

Booking in was easy. Staff were very helpful. The hotel was located near the expressway, so easy to find and easy to get away the next day. Secure parking is a bonus. No restaurant, but there was one a few minutes down the road.

The rooms are small, so there's not a lot of space for suitcases or bags.

Very comfortable, good breakfast, restaurant’s nearby, super markets 5 mins in car, it would have been good to have tea/coffee making facilities in room.

Rooms are not very roomy but big enough for a short stay. Beds are good and it is clean. We had room 215. Staff was friendly and helpful. There were a few restaurants and grocery stores nearby.

Comfortable airconditioned room and large bed. Close to several restaurants and had English TV channels. A recommended stop when heading along the A20 North-South motorway. Small breakfastroom area, but very nice breakfast!

Lovely staff.. Great facilties.. love the 24hr vending machine for drinks and snacks.. comfy beds .. excellent value

The only advice would be to add a hairdryer most hotels provide them now a days
