The receptionist was very polite and smiling. My room which was in the new building was beyond my expectations. It was nicely decorated by an architect. The TV was superb. The shower was indeed very large and brand new. There was a kettle with Bio tea and instant coffee options. The bad was very comfortable and the AC was powerful enough to increase the ambient temperature fast. The interior and exterior sound isolation was very efficient. Zero noise.

May be the location which is in an activity zone with restaurants and retailers, brand shops and other hotels would not be the taste of everyone. This zones is something very classical now in France in the outskirts of every city but it did not pose a problem to me since I have not gone outside after my check-in. The hotel is 100% convenient for a single night stop in the center of France if you are going to continue your journey to Spain, Toulouse or backwards to the north.

We were in a ‘family room’ (Didn’t ask for one and didn’t think not to) for the first time. We have been staying here for years as we pass through at least twice a year. We hated the horrendous over-the -double -bed -bunk arrangement. We didn’t stay here because of those bunks the two years we came with a young grandchild, as they Looked unsafe for the child. This time we found it was dangerous for us as there is low head room near the adult bed. Both of us banged our head several times! My husband nearly knocked himself out in the middle of the night. We are not impressed with the recent improvements. All very pretty but breakfast serving area is now tiny and congested. Probably will go somewhere else next time ( plenty of choice in same location,

Quirky decor - definitely a hotel with a difference and unlike the usual ‘sameness’ of other lower cost hotels. The staff were delightful, welcoming and eager to help. The breakfast was included and exceeded many others that we have had to pay for! There is a restaurant on site, but there are also many others within a few minutes walk.

The property was Clean and well furnished. The staff were friendly and polite but were not interested in helping with the fact that Booking.com had overbooked our reservation??

The property was fine, but the fact that we had been charged for TWO rooms affected our feelings regarding our stay!

Check in was quick, friendly and professional. Room was great size and well equipped Good breakfast with all self service areas well stocked Great value for money

The only issue was the poor exterior signage,I have a feeling that this will be addressed soon!

Self check-in at late night arrival. Near motorway, easy access. Electric car charger points (2 - 22kw and 2 - 7kw chargemap card compatible)

No English directions/sign posted to lift and no information in the receipt about the floor your room is.

Good location for travelers. Very clean. Comfy bed.

Shower enclosure is strangely situated making it cramped whilst using it.

On arrival I was informed that there were TWO rooms booked? I said that I had booked ONE room. The receptionist was very unhelpful and said I should take it up with Booking. Com!!!

The organisation of the 2 rooms as a family room. The breakfast is surprisingly good for a 2 star hotel with lots of good quality products, some organic and some home made. The atmosphere is good and the staff very kind.

Second stay here, it’s really a great place, very ‘original’! Will definitely try the other locations.

Check in machine didn’t work, reception closed, but someone did come and help.
