Very central for everything. Warm and clean and superior room very roomy. Balcony over looking the square was lovely. Lovely seating area with bar where you wait.

Paper cups in the room so had to ask daily for proper cups as we like coffee in the morning. No glasses either for water. Let it down as was a superior room.

The location was great. In the middle of the city, but quite easy to get to, not too far off the main road and not that much traffic, even in rush hour. There was a restaurant just outside the front door - but not attached to the hotel, so you couldn't get a plate of chips on the room service menu! Having breakfast in the room was a real treat, we grew quite accustomed to it! The breakfast was very tasty, nice, fresh, large croissants and pain au chocolat. A good range of options, fresh or dry fruit, juice, bread, cheese, cereal, yoghurt etc. Very good. Comfy beds, spacious room, clean bathroom, great breakfast, optional extras like laundry (which we didn't use), room service (but not on a Friday or the weekends, which is a shame).

It would have been a really great treat to have room service on a Friday and at the weekend, because having to get out of your PJs to take the lift down to the ground floor and walk 2 yards out of the front door to the restaurant seemed so far away! The towels were big enough to fit around my large bum, but a bit longer / wider etc would have been nice.

Ideal location in the city centre of Limoges within easy walking distance of all main sites. Room was spacious, clean and had modern air condiitoning/ heating facilities. Pillows were extremely comfortable and shutter blinds and double glazing ensured a good night's sleep. Breakfast was fine - could have done with a bit more variety but overall more than adequate. Only slight downside was the shower pressure was below average but we were on the 5th floor.

Comfortable clean rooms, no remarks. From underground parking there is a door directly to the hotel which is convenient. Location is good as right in the city centre. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

I was surprised that the staff did not wear an uniform at the lobby but that is the only remark I have about this hotel.

V good location and lovely room overlooking square. Friendly / helpful staff - particularly on reception on our check-in. I left my handbag in taxi and she tracked them down & my handbag was returned.

It would be helpful if reception were able to give better directions to railway station. We were walking with a lot of bags and directions were not particularly clear.

Staff were great - reception & restaurant. Good staff make a difference to me if I would go back somewhere. They were all so friendly and professional. Rooms are a great size and comfy. Room service breakfast is great.

There wasn't anything that I was unhappy with.

Very good location, with short walk to the old quarter and eating places nearby. Also only 10 minutes walk from the station for a day trip out. Staff very friendly and helpful and bedroom clean, comfortable and good size.

Coffee at breakfast was poor, machine did not work well and would have liked real coffee served at the table. A shame as everything else about breakfast was very good.

Access to the parking can be tricky if approaching from the southern part of town as it means finding a turning point and coming back down,

Just what we wanted for a single night on our way back to the UK - everything worked as it should, the room was clean, the shower was a real shower and not an excuse. What more could you want?
