The setting is beautiful, great location without being in the middle of nowhere, good access to main roads so a great place to stop off. Very clean and well presented. Staff were great and happy to help with any queries. Good room facilities - kettle, mini fridge, Bluetooth speaker, tv etc etc - we had our 2 French bulldogs with us and the staff were incredibly accommodating. Food in the restaurant was good and we appreciated the meal after a long drive. Good outside parking with plenty of space. The surrounding field were superb for the dogs to stretch their legs.

Away from the main centre a short distance from the motorway easy to find. Good location by a lake with walks. Easy parking. Staff very helpful. Room a good size. Restaurant was well attended by staff. Breakfast was good. I would use again.

Evening menu could have had a couple more choices. Restaurant has no shade from the sun especially in the morning.

We stayed at the hotel as an overnight stop between Spain and England. The hotel was in a perfect location and made the one overnight stop a very relaxing experience. The bedrooms were very pleasant, the breakfast was very good, and there many seating areas for relaxing. Sadly, the outside areas and swimming pool couldn't be used due to the unseasonal poor weather.

The weather. For us, with young children and teenagers, the selection of food in the evening was a little limited. Probably more due to fussy children!! We all agreed that we would have liked to have stayed longer in order to explore the area.

The bed pillows. Why do all hotels provide pillows that feel like they are filled with sand AND have an objective of providing a headache. You are not the only hotel that does this

Lovely clean , quiet hotel in a country setting by the lake .The pool adds an extra bit of luxury with a lake view . Staff all very helpful & friendly

It was lovely after 8 hr drive from Paris, it was stop over for us so just perfect. Staff recommended a restaurant in walking distance which was delicious.

Great location. Good quality accommodation and swimming pool. Quiet. Car parking. Breakfast choice limited but good quality.

We ordered our evening meal then waited 55 minutes for one cold starter which was ridiculous. When our main meal arrived after another 20 minutes the chips were cold so meal had to be sent back to the kitchen. Staff seemed disorganised. If there was a problem in the kitchen it would have been better if we had been made aware. Reception reduced our food bill by 10% which was a gesture but I would have preferred better service. Such a shame because we have stayed here 3times before and we love the hotel.

The pool and room were fab. The lady on reception was extremely helpful and kind.

The meal selection in the evening was limited. Especially for kids. And we thought expensive for what is was.

Nice hotel overlooking a lake, with playgrounds and picnic areas around. Nice room, good communication before arriving to answer my requests Easy to find and convenient for hypermarkets, restaurants if you want. We ate in the hotel and the food was nice, if a little pricey - but you expect that. We didn't eat breakfast but it looked good. Great for the dog as we could walk around the lake before heading off in the morning

We booked this hotel for the pool but it was smaller than it looked and quite crowded, plus the pool itself didn't seem so clean. Quite expensive for a stopover

Great for a 1 night stay before heading to the airport. The hotel is situated next to a lake & woods with easy accessible walks. Our room was clean & comfortable & the shower was excellent.

The dinner menu could have been more extensive.
