The parking and security , The room was basic and had a kitchette , It was as advertised and price was ok

Few things could be better , Clearly I wasn’t French yet all correspondence was in French so I had to translate everything , Nothing in the room was in English either . There was no soap provided which I thought was rather unusual I have stayed in 1000s of places from cheap to expensive , nearly 99% provide soap . The wifi set up was so hard to use that I simply gave up , How do you send a code to your laptop or iPad ,? Why complicate something so simple

I stayed at Apparts Confort 87 for a week. My room was very clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great...close to the A20, easy to get around, in a quiet location where I felt safe staying on my own. Pierre was very attentive and even checked in when he hadn't heard from me for a couple of days. 😊 The private, fenced parking was an added level of comfort. (If you have a French phone number, make sure to provide it for instant access to the parking area.) I wish I had booked a longer stay, but I'm happy to know I have a homebase the next time I visit Limoges.

Very easy to get to from the A20 motorway, so ideal for a one night stopover or short stay. Excellent communication from host and the apartment was clean and comfortable. Very pleasant balcony!

Everything was fine, but it would be quite useful to have a small selection of very basic cooking items such as salt, pepper,sugar & oil as short-stay travellers don't always carry those items with them. Also, a very small bar of soap would be welcome too!

Easily accessible and great direction from Pierre. Everything was there for a comfortable stay and loved the kitchenette and balcony!! Pierre was on hand to answer any queries we had. Really lovely place. Will use again.

The people staying about our flat were really loud even gone 23h30. It’s a shame but I know you can’t chose your neighbours!!!

How responsive and pleasant was the person in charge of opening the gate. Immediately I called, he responded. The apartment is very clean. It's very close to the autoroute and very secure as in locked parking.

Be aware that there if you want to eat out, you will have to drive into Limoges

The little flat with balcony was perfect for our overnight stay travelling through France. Beds are very comfortable…a good shower and the kitchen was well supplied. Good wifi and the secure parking was a great bonus and easy to use. We would thoroughly recommend staying here.

Nice place to stay, quiet. The WiFi is quick and there is a table to eat and work on. No seating area inside. The microwave is also a smart inverter. The host is very nice and wants te maken the staat as comfortable as possible. There was an issue with the fan which was resolved very quickly

Clean studio with secure parking. Nice to have a small balcony. Comfortable bed. Good shower.

Worth noting that there is no easy chair in the studio. Despite instructions on the back of the door I failed to make the induction hob work !

Very friendly, rooms were comfortable and clean and the apartment was easy to find off the motorway.

Nothing, it was great. * We hadn't packed handsoap in our overnight bag though and there isn't any provided, so bring some with you when you stay.

The appartment was very clean and confi, with a little balcony. We spent a calm night. The hospitality of the owner is great, he is very friendly and helpfull. The private car park is really safe.
