The location was good for accessing Disneyland Paris. The hotel feel was friendly and comfortable. The facilities were good and the breakfast was nice too.

The shuttle bus was always overcrowded so we walked to the park on some days, about a 25 minute walk.

Hotel staff welcoming and very helpful at all times, we were told everything we needed to know to make our trip to disneyland a wonderful experience. The location was ideal, a 10 minute trip by shuttle which departed every 20 minutes from the hotel entrance. There was a really good inside play area that children loved and the swimming pool and gym facilities were excellent, we did nt have enough time to use these so I would stay longer next time and relax!

Alcoholic drinks and food in the hotel were expensive....tea and coffee facilities were in the room but there was never enough tea coffee or milk left ! My only complaint, which has nothing to do with the hotel, was how getting back on the shuttle was a nerve racking experience, there was no queueing system, it was a free for all and unfortunately one saw the worst of many people....we had an 8 month old baby in a pram....but only a few people would wait for us to get on.....after the end of the fireworks shuttle buses needed to be every 5 mins to stop the chaos!

Lovely hotel, very grand and well decorated! Beautiful entrance hall and grounds. Very clean, good breakfast offerings and requently replenished. Bar is good but service can be a little slow. Outdoor pool and seating area is lovely, indoor pool not so much, very cold and very small & not manned. Shuttle service is frequent from right outside hotel but does get busy.

No stairs open to guests, only lifts which is annoying if you only need to go up 1 floor. Family rooms much too small for a family of 4, same size as a 2 person travelodge room with hardly any space to store anything. Cant use pools until check in or after check out. There is a small shop but does not open till 4pm. Shuttles are frequent but can be crowded depending what time you travel to and from parks. Breakfast can be very busy depending what time you go. Room does have a hairdryer but its on the wall in bathroom and with no extractor after a shower can be hard to dry hair with the room being so humid. I would stay again but would have to look into a room with more floorspace.

The hotel was conveniently located for Euro Disney, a little too far to walk, especially given the heatwave we experienced (a free shuttle is provided). Staff were very helpful and friendly and doing their best given how busy and demanding the peak of summer can be. Facilities are good, with the added bonus of an outdoor pool, which was much needed to cool off after visiting the parks. Rooms were spacious and well equipped for a family of four. We ate once in the buffet restaurant, and the quality and variety of food was good, albeit a little expensive. Overall, it was a nice experience and met our needs.

The hotel is a little tired in places and is due a refresh, carpets in corridors are worn and past their best. This hotel could be enhanced by offering a bit more variety of food in the bar, options are quite limited and expensive, although prices reflect the captured market and Disney in general. There is a shop in reception that sells mainly souvenirs and a few drinks, this could be expanded to offer sandwiches for people to take to the park, bottles of water etc, this area could be better utilised overall and is a missed opportunity.

Easy access to Disney Park. Swimming and spa facilities are exceptional.

The shuttle service after the fireworks was like a WW3 battle ground, there should be more shuttles at this time or even a queuing system at the bus stop (I).. As the majority of the passengers were staying at the Dream Castle. Bad ending to a perfect day. 3 separate incidents on shuttle. Nb: other families not my own. DC: i asked a member of staff for a cloth to wash the table down in the bar area, ( which I was happy to do, as the previous guest had just left) .. greeted with a look of disgust and a smirky look up and down snarl, from an obnoxious bar tender. But beside that...the hotel is beautiful. Vast improvements from the previous time we stayed , pool, spa...etc . Exceptional.

We booked a last minute trip to France, for three nights. Dream Castle were offering bed and breakfast, so we opted for that. It was arojnd 25 mins away in a BOLT taxi from the airport, which was great. I think it cost us €50. And €30 on the return journey. Super convenient. When we arrived, the swimming pool was fenced off, and could only be accessed with a room card and giving the pool man your room number. They seemed very strict on which attire to wear both in and out of the pool. You couldn't enter the pool area with clothes on, it had to be swimming costume, however when going to the toilet (which was in a separate block outside of the fenced pool area), you had to be dressed or in your swimming costume, you could NOT be wrapped in a towel to nip round. However, depending who was working, mean the rules were slightly different. The pool had a security guard but no life guard. (Depth was shallow throughout, but we still found that idea funny). I was shouted at during the breakfast for bringing my bag down, and told to leave it at reception. So do NOT take a handbag down to breakfast with you!! The earlier you went for breakfast, the quieter it was, but even during the rush hour they managed to find tables within a few minutes. Selection for breakfast wasn't the best I've seen, but had a bit of everything. Fresh fruit, pastries, breads, cheeses, meats, yogurts, cereals, and some cooked breakfast options (mainly bacon and scrambled eggs). You had to boil your own eggs. To have an evening meal at the hotel would have cost a fortune. One glass of coke was €5, so we opted for an Uber Eats delivery on the first night, we ate out in Paris on the second night, and on the third night we went back on the Disneyland bus to the train station where there were a few food shops. The Disneyland bus runs every few minutes back and forth, which is fantastic, although we didn't go to Disney.

Strange rules that we as a family have never come across on holiday before, and more so, the inconsistencies in the rules between staff. Very expensive everywhere you went.

Beautiful surroundings, gardens, interiors - like a real Dream Castle! Travelled with kids for a Disneyland weekend & this was a great place to stay. Special themed rooms, an arrival gift for kids, free shuttle bus to Disney every 15 minutes. Loved the outdoor & indoor pools and huge playroom area for kids! We arrived early & left late, and in both cases we could leave our luggage in the special room & go about. On our checkout day, we could stay around the hotel facilities until late afternoon as our flight was only in the evening. We would come here again if we ever visit in the future.

Food was pricey (over 20 eur for chicken nuggets and fries for kids) & somehow limited to choices - mostly bread, pizza, burger kind options. However, they do not mind if guests order uberfood or bring their own options (we did one evening from nearby Disney Village which has plenty of choices)

Staff really lovely. Breakfast well organised. Ate evening meal in the hotel once. A bit expensive for children but very tasty. Waiters very friendly and efficient. Bus shuttle good. Kids indoor play area imaginative. Indoor pool nice. Grandson (9) loved the slide and I relaxed in the jacuzzi and sauna. Didn’t try the outdoor pool. Lovely terraces and lounge area and we all giggled at ourselves in the mirrors. A lovely stay for grandma and 3 grandchildren especially as we could use the facilities including indoor pool until we left in late afternoon on our last day. Thank you.

Hard pillows although reception told me that housekeeping are in the process of having softer pillows available soon
