Good space in room for couple and large dog. Limited snack type menu for evening meal, but able to order tasty pizza and desserts that we were able to eat in room. Kettle and drink facilities in room. Able to park car near room so easy loading and unloading.

Room decor a bit tired, breakfast was a good choice lots on offer, but expensive, would have preferred less choice and lower price

The room was very clean and the staff was super nice. Just before we arrived a big group was having breakfast and after that not everything was available, but the staff quickly filled everything again. Everything was tasty and super fresh, lots of local products. The parking was handy and safe. It was conveniently located close to the forest and also to Roen.

The room is a bit old, but nothing that disturbed our stay.

Especially liked the pillows and the two spares. Location is great on outskirts of Rouen with walks nearby.

Accessible toilet rather high for us who are both short but we did ask for a ground floor room for easier access with the dog. If staying more than one night we would have asked to move so not really a big issue.

Location ideal for our last leg to the UK from Portugal. The price and facilities were perfect. It was dog friendly and, unlike other french establishments we stayed at, was not ripped off (€5). The staff were fantastic and helpful. Food was also available. For the price it puts other, more expensive, places to shame! Well done. We will be back.

Excellent stopover for the channel tunnel. Easy parking, comfy beds, basic but clean and comfortable

Would have liked more choice of main dishes in for dinner; its such a pity when a white fish dish has a shellfish sauce; I have a severe shellfish allergy but I can eat white fish. Combining the two limits choice of you have an allergy.

Staff were friendly, room clean, tea/coffee/milk provide, bath was a bonus with really hot water and towels provided. Restaurant on site, supermarket 5 mins walk away. Good value for money, free bus on a Saturday 20 mins into Rouen which was incredible... well worth the visit.

Nothing, I guess Hilton travellers might find it basic!

Convenient for a break on the way to Eurotunnel , basic but clean, warm , comfortable bed.

The restaurant was not open for a dinner but basic snack type meal was , which was fine , actually what we needed , but the croque monsieur was only just defrosted in the middle of the, I suppose we should have asked for another blast in the microwave but we were simply too tired

Good location for an over night We didnt use the breakfast room. the Bar was very good.

The hotel was being renovated. Our room was ready. However, our toilet wouldnt flush and there was an electrical box on the ceiling next to the window that turned on every 30 minutes and woke us up. We have stayed here on numerous ocations. Once the renovations are finished we would stay here again.

Everything went well. As expected (good) for a budget hotel until Breakfast. Good parking, secure car park. Location a bit tricky to find but ideal for transit back to Calais. Evening meal inexpensive and tasty. Great communication and customer service.

You need sat nav to get there but its a great location for getting back on the highway back to Calais. No one available at check out, or breakfast which was included in the price of reservation. There was no staff at check out. Important to note here that the folllow up service was good. I notified reception after departure that we were unable to pay for our booking, have any breakfast etc because no member of staff had turned up. On reply apologies received, breakfast deducted from cost. All sorted.

Ample parking, room was clean and a good size. Good breakfast range for a motel of this type, better than most (pastries, cooked meats, cheeses, fruits etc).

Location wasn't great for the city but there were a number of different types of eatery within easy walking distance.
