A beautiful property equipped with a nice pool area and patio with gorgeous views. It was very secure, had a good sized parking lot on the property and a great location! It was only about a 10 minute walk to the town and an 8-20 minute drive to the lake depending on which part of the lake you are planning to travel to. We visited the Gorge du Verdon and a small beach on the water closer to Hôtel Le Colombier. The staff was very welcoming, friendly, and accommodating! Breakfast on the patio was well worth the additional cost, it was delicious and sitting on the patio was a great way to start the day. I would definitely stay here again!

The shower head had difficulty staying upright in the holster and when detached the hose wasn’t very long. It was a little difficult to manage for a taller person (5”8’) in our particular shower.

What a find this hotel has been.Ideal hillside location with wonderful views and just 300 yards from the start of a beautiful historic town with numerous restaurants and eateries. Its a small family run hotell.spotlessly clean and brilliantly run by Ced, Jean Luc and co. Excellent breakfast on the terrace, lovely pool area and very good air conditioned room with a private balcony overlooking the garden. They really care about the service they provide. EXCELLENCE COMES AS STANDARD. Look no further. The acid test is would you return ? Yes, in a heartbeat.

All the staff at Le Colombier are so friendly & helpful. We loved the location - Moustiers is one of the most beautiful villages we visited in Provence but can get quite busy. It was nice to walk down to the peace of Le Colombier. Lac du St Croix & Le Gorge du Verdon must be visited! The Spa was not really our scene - we preferred to swim in the Lac. Breakfasts here were a highlight for us- beautiful terrace with a panoramic view & lovely selection of local produce. The room was simple but met our needs. I would not hesitate to recommend.

We love, love, loved this place. Everything about it and the family that own and run it are was top shelf. It was sparkling clean and every detail attended to. The breakfast was so amazing!!! We can’t say enough positive things about this place. The spa area was an added treat. It was so close to the center of the town

Staff was friendly and helpful. We were three friends traveling, so the twin beds, in adjacent rooms were perfect. The description did not mention a refrigerator in the room - there was a minibar which we could use for our food/drinks -- so that was a bonus. Beautiful surroundings. Comfortable beds....

This is minor - but the mattress would slip off the base, and the base would slip, depending on how you sat on the bed. Very minor disadvantage.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel feels more like a bed and breakfast because of the personal feel. The room was very large without balcony and AC good and cold but did not see how to make it less cool. The breakfast was a served continental breakfast with an add on of eggs, cheese and meat. 10 plus minute walk to town. It had a nice small pool and jacuzzi which was very nice

Highly recommend to make this your base for the region. It is very well-located - only 10min walk to the center of Moustiers, 30 minute drive to verdon gorge where you can rent e-bikes etc and less than 10 min to the big lake for kayaking etc. The staff was very friendly and helpful, giving great tips for the region and they took care to get us breakfast even though we ordered it late! 15EUR for a huge breakfast. There is a spa area with a pool and jacuzzis and even a tennis court, which is playable even though it needs a little love. Free and ample parking. Room was spacious and we had a balcony overlooking the valley.

Very pretty hotel, in a great location with amazing views over the valley. Family run hotel, who were very friendly and accommodating. Only a short stroll to Moustiers saint Marie. Would definitely recommend was perfect for our stay.

What a stunning location, the views are unspoilt and incredible. The staff were friendly and approachable, and the breakfast sets you up for the day. The pool area maximises the space available, and is a wonderful place to relax with a bar service.

FYI (not related to the hotel itself):n There is no restaurant on site, so plan to walk or drive to the village for a dinner. A lot of places are closed Monday and Tuesday. They have a tennis court on site.
