This Ibis is the best Ibis we’ve ever visited! The staff were professional, friendly, dedicated, articulate, incredibly informative, accommodating and quick. The room was very clean and tidy and better designed than the majority of other Ibis hotels we’ve visited. The cleanliness was superb and the staff working in the breakfast area were impressive. They refilled everything before it was empty. They cleared and cleaned tables with impressive speed and made every customer feel like they were the only customer even though they were busy. Truly and excellent experience. We would happily visit again and recommend to others.

Nothing. It was the perfect location for our brief stay and they have a gym and a pool which is very unique.

The member of staff on reception at check in was great although she was on her own and she was rushing about doing everything for everyone, that said, she was efficient and friendly. The hotel is dog friendly and we felt they were welcomed in all areas. Our room was spacious and the bed large and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was excellent and great value for money, it was continental but with scrambled eggs and bacon. The pastries and bread were really good and there was plenty of choice. Overall a great stay.

We only had 1 set of towels, a hand towel and very small thin bath towel. I didn't realise until I was out of the shower and picked up the second towel. Reception were very apologetic and we were given free water when we checked out. Whilst the bedroom was very clean, the bathroom was not. The toilet base and under the lid was quite stained and appeared to have not been cleaned. there were marks on the sink. It is a shame that the rooms don't have tea and coffee facilities and we really missed this, although we could get coffee from reception.

We had the pool to ourselves, which was great. The room and the entire hotel are new or renovated and this is nice. Breakfast was complete and the receptionist Jonathan was very helpful and friendly!

The location is for us less good, we need to be able to walk our dogs and that is very difficult between all the parkings and shops, there is no park or green in the neighbourhood. Also the restaurants closeby are all more fastfood or chain restaurant, if you want a more authentic meal you need to drive into the city. On the way to the south the location is good, close to the A10, so it all depends on what you want

I love this Ibis due to the impressive warm swimming pool opened up to 22.30… such an enjoyable way to relax after a long day on the road… I must praise the beyond duty service I got from people mending the reception desk. Alex, on duty in the evening made my stay a complete success…he was kind, understanding and so positive. I travel with a cat, and thanks to him, it felt so easy to have my pet with me…I am really looking forward to his welcome this coming summer.

Absolutely nothing…I keep on coming back, one of the best Ibis I have been a guest of for sure…

Nice & easy location, very quiet even though it's near to big roads with quite a lot of traffic. Receptionists Oceane & Jonathan were extremely kind and helpful! I've always had great experiences from Ibis hotels, so I do have some expectations when visiting new one and this one did not let me down either! We even decided to stay another night and it was easily done at the hotel reception and got to keep the same room for second night.

We have used before travelling from U.K. to Spain. An amazing hotel. Good value. Nice staff. Has an amazing heated pool. Which in the autumn and winter is nice way to relax. Great breakfast too. Hot options. Nice restaurants adjacent to hotel. Plus an amazing Chinese buffet restaurant 5-10 minutes walk away. Have used before and will use again.

Very impressive hotel.

Everything is just great, especially in my case: staying here for a night stop over during the long drive. Swimming pool and gym were exactly what I needed after long drive. Very good selection of food for the dinner and very friendly staff. Rooms and bathrooms are very spacious and very well equipped. Hotel is very quiet.

Service and commitment to help from the staff Reception were excellent. Clear with advice and guidance. Very professional Helped store my medicines in the fridge. Clean functioning room Swimming pool was heated. Brilliant

Rooms. Easy parking. Nice check in staff. Great breakfast. Bar was good for evening drinks. The swimming pool is really nice, warm even when it was icy Shower fountain flute in pool.

Maybe location on a Sunday. Restaurant next door. But the really good steak house restaurant next door was closed for a refurbishment on our visit.

The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good fruit to eat there and takeaway.

The shower head would stay up, made showering difficult but we reported it and we’re told it would be fixed.
