I got to do a self-check in which was quick and really easy! The room was simple but had everything I needed for my stay. Two single beds, a small desk, and a comfortable-sized shower despite the room's smaller size. The rooms were quiet and even the noise from the hallways outside wasn't too noticeable. It was perfectly clean, as well as nice and cool when I arrived. I had the breakfast buffet the next morning, where there were baguettes and croissants, cereal and jam and yogurt, but also eggs and bacon which was a pleasant surprise. There was a good coffee and tea selection, as well as orange and apple juice. The girl at the breakfast service was friendly and polite.

I sent the hotel a question through the Booking chat a week before my reservation and never got a response. The only exchange I had with the hotel were the automatic messages.

Hotel is situated away from the town centre, which was not easily accessible on foot because of a busy dual carriageway road in between hotel and town centre/ammenities. Needed to take a taxi! Confusion when using the entrance access machine, (no reception staff on duty at time of arrival) - unless you have the access code first (Print it off when you receive your booking confirmation so you have it with you when arriving at hotel). The access code was later emailed to me - on the day of the reservation - but if you don't have emails on your phone, a paper copy or note of the access code is vital to gain access. A bit too automated for my liking!

The common areas were great and had a microwave which helped us warm up the dinner we brought from home. The staff were very helpful and even provided us with cutlery. The shower was nice and had good water pressure, and there were toiletries available. The room was quiet, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. This place is definitely a good option for a stopover during a road trip.

When paying for a pet, it's important to ensure they are welcomed, not just allowed. Providing a dog bed, bowls, or treats would be a nice gesture.

This is a great hotel. I'm usually anxious with unmanned check in but this went smoothy at 2.30 pm. Make sure you have a pen and pencil or camera to note the numbers down. Had the best nights sleep ever the shower was strong and hot with no delay. The work counter had a plug and chair, perfect. Breakfast was buffet style and included hot scrambled eggs, sausage and bacon. The juice wasn't that chemical waste some hotels serve. Ample parking. There was a lift and it worked. Thie rooms are not those plastic boxes provided by others.

Difficult to walk anywhere. The KFC next door has variable quality. The McDonald's over the road seems to be a 40 min walk according to google

The receptionist was polite, very nice and spoke good English. Breakfast was really good. We were travelling from Caen to the South of Spain and liked this hotel so much the next night we found another Hotel B&B the following night.

The bed was so very comfortable. The bed sheets were so crisp! And the pillows were perfect.

The area was quiet thankfully. The only improvement would be secure parking but you can’t have everything!

Really good location and awesome facilities for the price! The room was comfortable, the bedroom clean and the AC was cold and nice! So we had a very pleasant and fresh summer night. we brought our dog with us and the dog fee was only 4 euros which was amazing. There is a place on the other side of the street that sells fresh croissants and bread. super lovely! Will come back for sure!

I would appreciate more pillows in bed and extra towels in the bathroom. The bedroom does not lock from the inside if you open the handle from inside so for us, that own a naughty dog, that was a bit scary, he sometimes open doors :’) But we managed

Very poor breakfast. Not worth paying. Scrambled eggs was one of the worst I've ever had in hotels. Caffe latte with super fat milk: undrinkable. No sliced cheese or ham. Only chunky smelly cheese.
