The breakfast was excellent with croissant warmed in an oven and not microwaved The neighbourhood aound the station is being redeveloped so several cafes and bars are closed. Most of the buses from the station go accross town and are all free of charge for everyone even to the Marais

The hotel is still renovating it's restaurant and of course like most French hotels there was no tray of refreshments in the room, important for a late arrival.

I did not take breakfast because I had to catch an early train. Being so close to the station was a real bonus.

Some very noisy male guests but that was the fault of the hotel.

The room was fabulous very comfortable

Corridors and stairs bit dingy and not much room in reception To be fair they are refurbing the ground floor so that area was closed

No nonsense hotel. Easily accessible to railway station in Niort and also on my bus route.

the air conditioner was not working correctly. there was no tea or coffee included. the towels were very small and felt cheap.

Location was very convenient. Resturant attached was good

The linens weren't clean in the room. There were stains and small bits in the bed as well as hair (that was not mine). The bathroom door handle was effectively useless and clearly broken. The shower doors didn't close all the way.
