We had a room that had just been refurbished,Comfortable bed, great shower, private parking and 10 mins walk into town and to bars and restaurants. Friendly and accommodating staff.

Very smelly corridors, like an old nursing home so maybe need to change the carpet

Lack of sockets especially by the bed to charge phone etc. No tea/hot drink making facilities in the room which could be offered as an option not all the time.

Inexpensive but very comfortable hotel to stay. Would recommend. Staff extremely polite and accommodating. We were delayed on a long journey from the UK and therefore late to arrive but the receptionist stayed late after 11pm especially - can't ask for more.

Room are big, location is great! Bed is comfortable. Parking is clearly a plus

Everytbing is nice the room was good decpration, the shower tray is a bit narrow and rhe curtain is not ideal to protect from splash from shower.

The manager immediately changed us to another room as the A/C wasn’t working. The bed was super comfortable and the room spotlessly clean. We slept so well and very grateful for his care of us!

Great location for exploring Niort (an unexpected treasure!). What a beautiful old town with fabulous historic buildings. Good parking facilities. Very good breakfast at a reasonable cost.

a bit noisy in the morning despite kept all windows closed, late breakfast start as had to leave 7:30 but breakfast starts 8 or 8:30
