We've got Comfort Double room. It is the best room we got for our France trip. Large bed room, large bathroom, 4 nice and tall windows. Very very comfort bed - I love the most. The location is great, next to the city river park (Square Henri-Georges Clouzot) - a nice scenic river park. Good breakfast and private car park.

It would be perfect if the hotel can set up a potable water kiosks for guests.

What a gem of a place! We had a stop over here driving back to the UK from Spain. The owner/manager was charming and very helpful. Good breakfast and friendly staff. The location is fantastic, right on a river with a botanical garden close by, plus it's easy to walk to the town centre. Parking on site too. Might even go back for a short break.

I couldn't fault it at all

Well firstly, I met the lovely lady at Reception, she was so helpful. The hotel has car parking and, in my case, motorcycle parking. It is in a good location for walking around and exploring the town and it is well worth it. It is a very attractive town on a river with a lot of history too. I only stayed for 1 night but I will definitely return.

The location was great with good parking for motorcycles around the back. The staff were very friendly and helpful with advice about restaurants. The room was clean and the aircon was nice and cold.

Not garage parking as described by Booking.Com No bar or outside seating area. But plenty just a short walk away.

This is a good place for an overnight break or a short stay if, for example, you're travelling from a Channel port to the south of France. The hotel is well located, there's secure parking, it's quiet and well maintained. Breakfast is good quality and plentiful.

Helpful manager who gave good advice on restaurants, very clean and comfortable, good location near easily-walkable centre, parking, and an excellent Continental breakfast.

Difficult to open door onto balcony

Very central location, car parking facility, comfortable quiet room overlooking a garden at the back, good breakfast and helpful staff - excellent value for money. Would go back. Niort delightful.

Friendly staff, comfortable beds, spacious rooms, extremely central location, secure parking and a good breakfast and a great food market the next morning.

Unfortunately a music festival was on when we stayed at this hotel, in a nearby park so it was quite loud in the room for the children to get to sleep but even that finished at a fairly reasonable time of 11pm.

Brilliant location, easy on site parking, warm and friendly reception, very efficient, clean and comfortable room, good value for money.

Great location, with plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. staff were very helpful and the room comfortable, clan and quiet: Ideal for a base to explore Niort.
