Setting, friendly staff, pool although we didn't use it as we were so tired. We are planning to stay on our journey back. Lovely bar. We stayed in an outside room which was great for our dog travelling with us.Breakfast was great , plenty of choice of fresh food.

Beautiful looking comfortable and clean facilities, attractive well kept pool area and deck with plenty of loungers , nice bar area , really good breakfast . Located just off the highway so great for a stopover but was easy to drive 10 min into town if needed

The room and bed was a tad small

This was our second stay here. We love it here. Lovely room, and great for the dog as it was ground floor outside. Lovely pool area.Also a fab bar area to sit and relax. Breakfast is good too.

Super clean and well presented throughout. The pool and surround looked very attractive and clean. Friendly helpful staff and nice relaxed feel to the hotel. Immediate environment very quiet. Worth another stay.

Couldn't be helped but there was a distant hum of traffic. Bit difficult to find.

We use Originals hotels regularly as we live and holiday in France, because they are consistently of a good standard. This one was was outstanding in every respect, it looked like it had had a recent refurbishment as it felt new. We had a room with a pool view which was of a high quality, good size, a comfortable large bed, good air con and wi fi, spotlessly clean and a great shower.. Tea and coffee making facility in room. In a quite location for a good nights sleep. The outside area was superb with a lovely pool surrounded by plenty of chairs and loungers to relax in overlooked by a bar for drinks. It is good to be able to book in by 3pm to enjoy the facilities. One of the best breakfast offers we had had, plenty of choice including egg and bacon. In a quiet area to enjoy a good nights sleep. No food available on site, BUT the staff were great in recommending a good local restaurant (and booked us in with 10% discount)

It was clean, comfortable. Great for an overnight stopover. The pool was refreshing after a long drive. There was a local restaurant 3 minutes walk.

Breakfast did not start until 8am at the weekend. No access to the outside area until after 8am.

Excellent breakfast and very friendly staff. A lovely pool and seating area. The beds were very comfortable. A quick drive into Niort for dinner was convenient.

Everything was perfect and truly beyond our expectations. Highly recommendable.
