The room was lovely, great comfortable bed, thick duvet, great air conditioning and heating system — which worked very effectively to suit our temperature needs. Lovely clean bathroom. We booked the executive room, which included a sofa (which converts into a sofa bed) and a small round dining table with chairs (that seats 4 people), and a kitchenette (which included a kettle, kitchen sink, standard sized fridge, cooker-hob, utensils, cups, glasses, pots and pans etc). The hotel was lovely, really clean and fresh. The train station was walking distance, and a straight train to Disneyland (I think Disneyland is 5 stops away — if I recall correctly). We didn’t get to explore the area much, as our trip was short, but there was a shopping centre very close to the hotel. Overall really lovely, comfortable, cosy, clean hotel.

The only complaints is the breakfast was really poor — very little options and very small portions, they only put a little bit of food out. I did not enjoy breakfast at all. Another thing I didn’t like was the cups in our kitchenette did’t appear to be cleaned properly. Luckily we didn’t really need to use them, but my daughter wanted a cup of tea one night, but as they looked dirty (not cleaned properly) she wasn’t able to.

It was great in all aspects, great value for money .. 1) location: Quite ,clean and elite away from noisy Paris , just less than 10 minutes to the RER A station and the centre commerciale , many eating points around, just through the street to bus station , it's only 25 minutes to the heart of Paris and 25 minutes to Disney Land 2)hotel: very clean , concised , modern , great view from our family room 304, air condition, window can be opened for aeration, tidy and comprehensive kitchenette which was fully equipped with small fridge microwave and a hole kitchen set, , sauna and billiard are for free , the only drawback was that the toilet is very high from the ground ! And the cleaning to be done every 4 days not less also the garbage should be collected by yourself to downstairs 3) The stuff was friendly and helpful and smiling

The property is a 6-8 minute walk to the station and shopping centre. There are a handful of restaurants within a 5 minute walk to walk. There’s a great kids play area situated a few minutes walk away. It was great having a fridge in the room and basic cooking amenities.

The pillows are square shaped and don’t fit on the bed properly making for an uncomfortable sleep. We were on the first floor and could hear people walking about, and flushing, closing doors and general noise from the rooms above us which made it slightly tricky to get younger ones asleep.

The hotel is clean and well-maintained, and the staff are friendly and always ready to help. Breakfast is perfectly fine (typical hotel breakfast) but honestly, it might be more worthwhile to head over to the nearby shopping mall and grab something there. Of course, that’s if you don’t mind the short walk. The RER A train station is very close. Just walk through the mall and you’re there (no need to go around like Google Maps suggests). The rooms come with a small kitchen, which is great for preparing a light meal after a long day of walking around Paris.

The only downside I’d mention is the lack of air conditioning in our room. During our stay in Paris, temperatures went over 35°C, so it was quite warm at night and a bit uncomfortable for sleeping. When outside temperature was around 30°C, we were able to air the room out at the night, but on really hot days, it was tough to keep it cool. That said, despite this issue, I’d probably still choose to stay at this hotel again.

The hotel was great value for money and was very clean and comfortable. The location is great for visiting Paris and Disney, which we did both... It felt like a bit of a dodgy area but actually was very safe and we came home late at night a few times.

It's very small but as we were only staying a few nights it would of been appreciated to have washing up liquid and a cloth as you have to do your own cleaning (which is not a problem however we didn't plan to buy cleaning products!)

Friendly staff and good quality facilities were there. Everything were clean . Rooms had enough space. We used the Sauna .It was a nice addition. Could use it even after the check out time. We really loved the atmosphere of the hotel. Eventhough wr didnot use the tiny kitchen we really liked the setup. All the staff members we met were really helpful and friendly.

We couldnt fix the room temperature and was bothering us. Was pretty cold. 🙂 There were nice blankets though. If u want to go to paris this is little far. We had to take metros( including a transit) . A bus or taxi from the metro station to the hotel.

The hotel was modern and clean. We stayed in a connecting suite which was perfect for our family. Staff at the reception desk were really helpful upon check in and advised close places to eat when we checked in early evening. 30 minutes on RER A to Paris and in the other direction to Disneyland. Close to Franprix and Carrefour supermarkets. Nice takeaways close by for easy dinners with kids.

The walk from the train station was an easy 10 minutes through the shopping centre but when dark the surrounding streets felt quite dark and a bit unsafe. I wouldn't walk it alone without my husband.

Location is about half way between Paris and euro Disney - 20 or so minutes by RER with a 5-10 minute walk to the station. Supermarkets and shopping centre are very close by. 15-20 minute walk to the river Marne. I saw reviews pointing out the area is ‘dodgy’ but I didn’t experience this during the daytime. Hôtel/apartments were clean, gym was good and pool table was free! All staff were very helpful.

Staff were welcoming and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Room was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Good location, About 20 minutes to Disney and 30 minutes to Paris via the RER. Great value for money. Would stay here again.

The walk to the RER takes about 10 minutes, not through the nicest area. It's fine during the day, but I wouldn't feel safe at night walking alone.

24/7 check-in was great. Location is in a quiet neighborhood, train station is 10 min away by foot. Room was good, with a big bed, quite clean and spacious. Breakfast was quite nice. Had everything we needed.

There was a locked door in our room next to the kitchen, probably a connection to the other room. This made it very easy to hear our neighbors. Unfortunately they were super loud the entire night with music and other loud activities. We complained at the reception but they couldn't do anything since the hotel was fully booked out. So the first night was a nightmare. Thankfully, the neighbors left the second night. My tip is to get ear plus.
