From the moment we arrived the reception desk staff greeted us at the door. Helped to take our luggage inside and gave us a seat to rest from the journey. We also had help to take the bags to our rooms and the staff were very pleasant and courteous.

I was very happy with aĺl of my stay at this hotel.

The staff at the hotel were some of the most friendly I have dealt with whilst on vacation. The location of the property and the standard of the rooms were very good. There was some slight confusion at check in but the staff made sure that I was completely satisfied, which I appreciate.

Although the staff and hotel operate at a high standard, the room I was given was slightly contrasting to what I had seen in pictures. I believe, due to the layout of the bathroom, that I was given an accessible room. Neither myself nor the other guest who I was staying with needed an accessible hotel room or bathroom. The room type I had booked usually came with a large bathroom including bathtub. Unfortunately with this room being an accessible ground floor room, I did not have the view or all of the amenities I was hoping for.

The hotel is extremely well run. Staff are friendly and helpful- any requests are dealt with instantly and efficiently. The family suite worked very well for us. The rooms are not big but the bathroom was a good size and everything was very clean. Our breakfast preferences were remembered and instantly catered to. We needed late checkout and the front desk staff did their best to accommodate us.

Some of the rooms are small for 2 bigger people with large luggage, but we didn’t ask to change as we were comfortable

Everything was excellent! It was my first time in a 4* hotel, that I felt more like I was in a 5* hotel. The facilities, the personnel, the service, the breakfast. All the people at the reception, and the breakfast area were very well behaved, and went out of their way to assist us. We did a last minute booking, and they offered to move us to a better room the next day, as that was the last available room. The location was really great, next to Champs Elysées and the Arc de Triomphe. I will definitely come back on my next trip.

Staff was very friendly, attentive and helpful—offered us all coffee and croissants when we arrived! Hôtel emailed me before arrival with questionnaire about any needs and questions we had, I returned it, and they responded w great email w restaurant recommendations and lots of other helpful info I had requested. Comfy bed, great suite on 5th floor for family of 4, very quiet despite proximity to l’Arc de Triomphe.

Loved hotel! Only downside, elevator was tiny and very slow, but if u were able to use them, stairs were fine.

The room is big enough (huge by Parisian standards), all in high quality. The stuff is super nice & friendly. Modest but tasty breakfast. ............................................................................................................................................

Location was excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful. We got lucky getting a room on 1 st floor so only had to walk up one flight of stairs. Room was small but clean. Small balcony but happy to have been able to open the window and get some air. Room also had air conditioning which was needed on somen hot days. Bathroom seemed new, clean and very efficient. Front desk arranged car service to airport. Great service. Beautiful car with soothing music. Great experience. Highly recommend. Great places to eat nearby. Loved Paris!

Would have liked to be able to iron our own clothes but is available for extra fee at hotel.

The location is truly exceptional—second to none. While the facilities are somewhat limited, the overall experience remains excellent thanks to the wonderful staff, who are consistently helpful, professional, and welcoming.

The facilities may be limited, but given the unbeatable price, it’s a fantastic value overall!

I love this hotel - It will be my go-to hotel in Paris. The decor is chic and creative. Staff are amazing. Rooms are spacious enough and well equipped. Location is great for shopping, touristy outings and lots of cafes and restos close by. I highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast area needs some music and atmosphere. The breakfast selection could be better.
