Location !! Very friendly and helpful front desk , specially Sergio and Ruslana, thank you for your help!!

The room needs more lighting , a closet and more drawers, nice ambiance! Breakfast can be improved, more fruit, maybe some berries, and the juice selection was poor, the rest very good, scrambled eggs a la francaise delicious!

The hotel is in an excellent position just a short stroll from the Trocadero and Eiffel Tower. Lots of lovely restaurants within walking distance. The staff were very friendly and helpful with planning excursions, reservations and taxi's. The bedroom was large, modern very well equipped and best of the all the bed was very comfortable which was essential after long days of touring.

Possibly a little more choice at breakfast, I asked for fresh eggs each day and these were great.

housekeeping should be better

the hotel is modern and clean with spacious lobby and a beautiful rooftop over looking the tour Eiffel steps away from the brasseries and some good restaurants, the modern room is very spacious and comfortable

nothing in specific but maybe the room rate was little high (dont know if its relatively like this during high seasons or just now because of the paris fashion week )

The location is excellent, with great cafes a block away, easy access to the metro, and amazing views of the Eiffel tower. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

We only felt a few minor shortcomings. The elevators aren't central, but rather on one end of the building, so we had a long walk to our room. The pillows were a bit spongy. There was an inconspicuous waste bin under the sink, and we almost lost some personal items in there.

Everything! Best breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel. The staff was amazing and the room was very comfortable and spacious. Also, cant ask for a better location.

There’s nothing I didnt like.

Great location on a quiet and clean street near the Eiffel Tower. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. We had the king suite with terrace (Room 704), which is the best room in the hotel. With plenty of room to stretch out, it comfortably fit our family of 4.

Close to the effiel tower

The rooftop is too crowded during evenings and you have to wait minimum 20mins before you get a table . I guess there is nothing the hotel can do about that . Other than that property is great as it has the view of the effiel tower

This hotel was gorgeous and in a good location. It felt really safe. It was very family friendly, we stayed with our two year old and everyone was so kind.
