Very well located. The staff was courteous and always willing to help. The room was exactly as advertised and the location allowed for nearby restaurants and close to a major subway station making crossing the city quite easy.

The room could have more light and outlets. The bathroom has sufficient outlets but to charge multiple cellphones and backup batteries at night we felt a bit cramped. Additionally, the room lacks a central strong light while having a mostly dark decor - so if you drop something at night it can be tricky to find it on the ground. A stronger central light should fix that.

The location was very convenient, a short walk to the opera, place vendome, and other attractions. The hotel is surrounded by a lot of good bakeries and coffee shops which makes it convenient to grab something on the go before starting your day. The staff were welcoming and friendly, they provided a room with balcony overlooking the opera and the surrounding area.

The wardrobe was extremely small, it is barely enough for one person, and we were 2 people. The staff provided a hanging rack, which helped, it occupied a big space of the room. The lightning in the room could be improved, and there was a problem with the toilet's ventilation.

Myself and my adult daughter had a wonderful suite at the top of the building with four small balconies for our three night stay in Paris. There was a huge double bedroom with bathroom and a separate living room with a toilet and separate shower room. My daughter slept on the sofa bed and loved having her own space and bathroom. There were TVs in each room too. Really gorgeous room and fabulous view of the road and the Opera House. They had given us a free upgrade for my daughter's birthday which was really nice. There was even a birthday cake in our room for her when we came back to the hotel that evening which was a lovely touch. The staff were all fantastic, very friendly and helpful. The location is brilliant with just a few minutes walk to the Louvre, shopping areas and loads of restaurants and bars along the way. There is also a small supermarket a few doors down from the hotel for anything you forgot to bring or for munchies. Plenty of taxis passing the hotel too which were very reasonably priced. It was in nice part of the city and seemed safe for walking around at night. All in all a fantastic stay and I would highly recommend this hotel!

Can’t beat the location and the price. The staff was amazing and really went the extra mile to make sure you were taken care of.

Nothing that wouldn’t make me stay at this hotel in the future. The room service for late night request would be nice since shows don’t end until 11:00pm at night. Lucky for us the location was perfect to venture out to grab a bite to eat until 1am. There is a piano bar around the corner called Harry’s New York Bar I would highly recommended.

The central location, We walked down through the Palais Royale to The Louvre on Saturday evening and on Sunday wandered up through the covered shopping galleries to Montmartre. The hotel is close to Opera Metro station so you can pretty much get anywhere in Paris easily.

We arrived at 3pm and our room wasn't ready which wasn't a big deal. We were told that it would be available in ten minutes and were directed to the bar where we spent 20 euros for a couple of soft drinks - if we were to go back we would just pop out to one of the local cafes before using the hotel bar which is a windowless affair (from my memory) just off reception. Our room once available was fine although the aircon didn't appear to be working. However, the temperature was cool enough in early April so it didn't worry us. We didn't book breakfast as it was much cheaper to eat locally than pay the b&b rate.

The staff were our favorite part. Everyone was pleasant and Helene the front desk manager and the concierge were terrific. I have a CPAP and was not able to get the distilled water needed for it our entire time in Amsterdam. The staff went out of their way to get me some which made my sleep much better. They also helped us get our bearing in the city. The room was cozy and clean and the bed was very comfortable. It terrace was also very nice.

The neighborhood the hotel was in is very nice and clean, and a few minutes walk to multiple metro stations. But coffee shops and stores in the area open very late if you're wanting to get up early to see the city. It is not near the more bustling social centers in the city but it does not take long to get their by the metro. The room was nice but it was always very warm no matter what we did. We had to sleep with the window open to stay cool. The shower has a weird design and every time I showered the bathroom floor was filled with standing water no matter what I tried.

I would like to take a moment to express our gratitude for the wonderful stay we recently had at hotel Edouard 7 in Paris. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the charming atmosphere and the excellent location—so close to everything we wanted to see and do in the city. Most importantly, we cannot say enough about the incredibly friendly and attentive staff. Polina, Laurent, and the entire breakfast team went out of their way to make us feel welcome. They truly made our stay special with their warm hospitality and eagerness to help with anything we needed. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a delightful and comfortable experience in Paris. We can't wait to return on our next visit!

1. Location 2. It was a nice gesture left in the room for our four years old young lady; Balloon, mini toy, candy, colouring book, crayons it was excellent THANK YOU 3. extra bed provided for young lady which was not expected, thank you so much for that 4. Cleanliness of room was spot on

The heating in the bathroom was not working which I found odd as we were not informed until we questioned. The reception has offered another room but I guess it should have been thought by then that the family with child shouldn't have been allocated to that room

Location of the hotel was awesome. It was in the Opera area and close walk to everything or 5-10 min taxi ride. Room was comfortable and spacious and was kept clean at all the times. I had the used the Breakfast on my Check-out date, which was good. Eggs, omelettes, baguettes, cheese etc.

I think because of the age of the building and regulations, lift was not too big and there was only one in the hotel. Sometimes we had to wait couple minutes. Depending on the floor of your room, it may be seen as a disadvantage. I do not complain about it though.

The staff is very professional and they gave us an early check in, thank you Polina. Location is good on avenue Opera close to everything. daily water and small chocolates in the room. For chocolates lovers, all the big names and brands of chocolatiers are on the avenue 😀

The room felt way smaller than 24m2 and we had a big issue with the bathroom sliding door that doesn’t close at all the bathroom. Breakfast was basic and the staff took a long time to replenish the empty platters. Also there is a very weird issue with eggs being in the formulas and others that you need to pay for.
