The Breakfast was superb. There was a wide choice of food from a selection of cereals, drinks including fruit juices, croissants, cakes, bread and fruits. All this food was of a very high quality.

The Room was an issue initially as we were banging our heads against the low ceiling, however we adjusted to this situation. The shower unit was difficult to use, the doors were difficult to open

The location, overall ambiance of the hotel and the room cleanliness.

The front and WC room a bit difficult to close.

I come to Paris quite a bit so have stayed in different places…I don’t think I will from now on. The hotel is clean, the room was really comfortable, location is fantastic but what I really loved was the little details. I walked there from Gare du Nord with a cabin sized suitcase in about 15 mins. There is also a Metro nearby. Lots of bars, cafes and restaurants in walking distance. In the room they give you some free beverages. There is a small coffee machine with pods, a small magnified mirror, usb and plug sockets and reading lights next to the bed, a small fridge, some weight scales and a suitcase holder, aircon, a little desk and window that fully open. I find that these details make so much difference when you travel. I didn’t have the breakfast but can’t comment on that. I will stay here again for sure!!!

The only thing I didn’t like is that the floors were carpeted. I don’t think hotels should have caprpeted floors. No matter how much you clean them they are never fully clean. If they are carpeted you should be provided with disposable slippers in my opinion.

Good 3 star hotel that was clean with comfy room and lovely bathroom and shower. Breakfast was typical for continental but can’t fault it. Staff were lovely and helpful. We were in a family room and the sofa bed for the kids was an amazing bunk bed contraption that I have never seen before - ingenious! Location was actually great once you worked out bearings to places to eat etc. Free water, Fanta and coffee in the room on arrival is a lovely touch!

It was a bit noisy at night with other guests banging around. A bit of building work on the same street which was noisy from 8am onwards. Brekkie was basic but adequate.

We stayed at this lovely 3-star hotel for four nights to celebrate our 10-year wedding anniversary, and it turned out to be one of the highlights of our Paris trip! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. The room, while cozy, was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated in classic Parisian style. We had a charming view of the quiet street below, and the bed was very comfortable – perfect after long days of exploring the city. Housekeeping was prompt and discreet every day, and we appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea facilities. The hotel’s location was fantastic – tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood, yet just a short walk from cafés, metro stations, and some wonderful local bakeries. We especially loved strolling to the Seine each morning and coming back in the evenings for a quick rest before dinner. Breakfast was simple but fresh and satisfying, with warm croissants, fruit, yogurt, and excellent coffee. The dining area felt intimate and relaxed, and the staff was always cheerful and attentive. What made this hotel truly special was its warm atmosphere and personal touches. It’s not a luxury property, but it offers comfort, convenience, and genuine hospitality – and that made all the difference. We’d happily return for another romantic getaway. Thank you for making our anniversary in Paris so memorable!

A wonderful modern hotel, very close to the metro and bus lines, making connections to all the major sights easy. A comfortable room with a large bathroom. Very clean with plenty of room for all your stuff. The breakfast was varied and plentiful. The front desk staff were all very helpful with lots of interesting info on the sights. A special thanks to Robert, who checked us in and gave us lots of facts on travelling and staying safe around Paris.

It was very hot in the room and the hotel in general. Would have liked scrambled eggs and bacon in the breakfast selection, but that is just a personal preference.

Warm. Inviting and great location. Staff were superbly helpful. Breakfast at 12 Euro included boiled eggs, bread, pastries, and cold vegetables, smoked salmon and cheeses. Cereals included granola, plus fruit and yogurt. Also an easy walk from Gare du Nord.

Our room was a little small for two adults with a medium case each - 17 sq m. Everything worked, comfy bed - just not much space. Being on floor 5, a little warm - heat rises. The reception thoughtfully turned off our heating for the last night - only the bathroom towel rack stayed on - much more comfy.

I am delighted with the location of the hotel. I enjoy the accommodations; they are very comfortable, clean, and very pleasant for all of us.

The only thing I didn't like about the accommodation was that the room's air conditioning and heating were controlled by reception. I had to call constantly to have them change the air conditioning, which was always too cold, to warmer. Each guest should control their own air conditioning to their liking so they wouldn't have to keep calling reception.

The location of this hotel was incredible — fun restaurants and bars around, 20 minute walk to the Seine, 5 minute walk to the closest metro stop. The room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly.

The WiFi in our room wasn’t working, and though I asked staff for help multiple times, it was never fixed. The bathrooms don’t have windows or a vent, so instead they had these little translucent panels that let air (as well as sound!) pass through into the main room; this was fine, and I completely understand the reasoning, but it limited psychological privacy in the bathroom.

The room was great for our family. We were greeted with chocolates and a bottle of wine to celebrate our stay for the Olympic Games. Our family of 4 was a bit tight, but we were not inconvenienced by that at all. I loved being able to open the window on to the street and take a look outside. The petit dejeuner was a great start to each day and we appreciated the light snacks near the elevator throughout the day. I appreciated the staff's efforts to communicate with me in English. I also understand the pressure the staff are under to communicate in multiple languages, especially with the entire world converging on Paris for the Olympics. The cleaning crew and kitchen staff were incredibly polite and helpful.

I felt that the front desk staff were tired of or impatient with me but that softened as time went on during our stay. I did not love the towels in the room but they worked just fine for what we needed. The walls were kind of thin and we could hear our neighbors in the hallway quite clearly. Not a major inconvenience, though.
