our room was right off the elevator and that was fine. We were not disturbed by any noice form the elevator. The staff were all very nice. The location was great and there are plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. I think for the price it was good. Metro was close.

I did not feel like the room was very clean, the carpet was very dirty and the wall behind the pillow was also dirty (shown in photo). there was only one luggage stand in the room and they didn't have any extras on request. I think the thing that bothered me the most was that they did not supply any face cloths. I asked at the desk and they said they didn't have any, it is kinda hard to use the supplied body wash without a wash cloth. The blinds in the bathroom were broke (didn't open) and very dusty. I picked this hotel as it was rated and 8.8 but din't feel like it was that high.

No place you will stay will be as comfortable as your home. Go to every hotel with this in mind. But if I go to Paris again, I will stay at this hotel again. Of course, there were a few negative situations that would not spoil our holiday pleasure. However, the location of the hotel, the cleanliness, the comfort of the beds and pillows, our room with 3 separate balconies overlooking Paris were great. (I took the large 20 m2 room) The Madeline metro, which is 50 meters from the hotel, allowed us to travel throughout Paris as if we were locals. The fact that the hotel was within walking distance of all the travel points we made while planning our Paris trip made our job much easier. But most of all, I would like to thank the helpful and smiling staff. See you again in Paris.

It was close to perfect.

Fantastic location within walking distance of the Louvre. The staff were without exception very warm and friendly. We loved the quirky decor. Breakfast was very tasty and although there was not a wide selection of hot food, the pastries and rolls were delicious. Our room was moderately sized as you would expect in central Paris, clean and comfortable. It was very convenient as a family of four to have two adjacent bedrooms linked by a small private interconnecting lobby- this added an extra sense of security and privacy. We did not experience any noise despite being close to a busy street with a supermarket. We would highly recommend this hotel for a few nights break in Paris. There is a luggage room for your last day.

A very minor point, but maybe shampoo/conditioner provided in the bathroom as well as bodywash.

Location! Location! Location! Metro / Bus are within walking distance. Proximity to restaurants and trendy restaurants are within walking distance. STAFF 5 ⭐️ they were very welcoming and helpful when asking directions and when you needed something in your room they are lightning fast! Room was clean and I felt like the bathroom was bigger in size than other boutique hotels I have stayed in. They items in the fridge and you have a mini espresso machine. I stayed for 4 days and my bed was made and fresh towels everyday.

Room was not equipped with iron or hair dryer you have to ask for it from the front desk and the bring it to you lightning ⚡️ fast. You also have to remember to bring it back down when you are done using it. Noise level outside can be heard even after midnight till dawn. I am light sleeper so I can hear everything. Elevator was real small you can only fit a person and 2 large. I wasn’t a fan of theme of the hotel rockstar - jazz hotel felt like Las Vegas style but didn’t affect my stay.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Memorable Stay with Exceptional Service! We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is great — conveniently located and easy to get around. The staff truly made the experience special. From the friendly and helpful front desk team to the attentive housekeeping and F&B staff, everyone made us feel welcome and well taken care of. The breakfast buffet had a great spread with something for everyone — fresh, delicious, and a perfect start to each day. What really stood out was the exceptional service from the hotel manager. When the lock on my luggage was damaged, he personally stepped in to help and managed to pry it open — truly going above and beyond to save the day! And just when we thought we’d seen the best of the hospitality, the elevator broke down on the day we checked out. Without hesitation or complaint, the hotel manager carried our luggage by hand from the 5th floor — a true hero! Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a place with not just comfort, but heart. 💛

The bed was not comfortable. Too soft.

Welcoming receptionists, day and night. There were some rooms left, and they were very kind and attentive, offering me a quieter and bigger room than the one I had originally booked last minute. It was very quiet indeed, I could sleep well and I liked the comfort of the bed. It was also nice to have a good desk to work on and plenty of space in the wardrobe. The location is perfect, very central. Didn't try the breakfast, appreciated the coffee available in the room.

I was quite surprised to be asked to pay EUR 20 for a shower after check-out (I went for a run early in the afternoon after leaving the room) I have never seen this in a hotel, they had a spa I could have take a quick shower there but no way I would pay 20 euro for this. It's not like I was coming from nowhere, I had spent the night in the hotel. But they had spacious toilets and I could use a clean towel, so all fine! I tried to work from their lounge/restaurant (where breakfast must be served) until I saw a brown mouse, so I left. I've informed the man who was at reception. It can happen in Paris (very often and even in classy restaurants!), and I am sure it will be fixed, but be aware.

The location was great as it was very central and v close to Madeline metro which had good links to wherever you wanted to go. Walking was very possible- for example river Seine was about 15minute walk. The rooms were spacious and clean and the connected two rooms we booked were ideal for us. The breakfast was good value and the chef-Saman and reception staff (Fatima/Hamid) were very helpful!

We liked most things but felt the decor a bit overwhelming for our linking! There was a loud bar next to the hotel (we didn't hear it in our rooms) and a sex toy shop close to it which made me feel a bit unsafe as I travelled with my two daughters alone. For a 3 star hotel, I feel the rooms were a bit too pricey.

Well positioned hotel with lovely staff who couldn’t do enough for you. A few great restaurants within walking distance. Rooms were immaculately clean and very nicely decorated. Only small negative was one of our rooms was booked as a twin for my teenage daughters, and I sent a reminder the week before. It was already made up as a double when we arrived, and I was told it couldn’t be changed until the following day. As a result they didn’t sleep well the first night. But generally I would recommend and return.

First time visiting Paris and traveled solo. Instead of an AirBnb I chose to say in a hotel. This hotel is charming and discreet, located central to everything by foot! The room was always clean and made up to perfection. The staff could not have been more caring and friendly. All in all - I thank them for being part of an amazing Parisian experience!

Elevators in Paris are super tiny - like closets. This elevator to the 6th floor where I chose to book my room, was no exception. So....I walked up 7 flights twice a day since I am afraid of elevators, let alone tiny ones! (The lobby is not considered the first floor.). This was my choice...and not a fault of the hotel. Seeing the glass half full - it was great exercise for my lets, glutes and heart!!

We stayed at this hotel with my friend. Despite of chek in time, we were let to check into apartments much earlier. It was great news for us after a very long way to Paris. We both liked the apartments. The room was warm, clean and the staff was very kind and hospitable. We ordered breakfests and we liked them too. Also, we find the location of the hotel great. If we ever have to stay in Paris again, we will come back to this hotel. Thank you for our comfort and your hospitality ☺️
