I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I can’t say enough good things about it. First of all, the location is unbeatable — right in the heart of everything, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and public transportation. It made getting around the city so convenient! The hotel itself was spotlessly clean. What truly made my stay exceptional, though, was the staff. Every person I encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed and felt at home. The breakfast was wonderful too

The hotel is located very close to the Eiffel Tower and it has a nice historic charm. The shower was very clean and water is hot. We left too early for breakfast, but the seating area was very cutesy. The room looks like the photos, unfortunately I was too tired to take any 😫

I think it’s common to the city but the room was quite small. It was a bit difficult to open our suitcases and get ready but we managed. Bring your own wash cloths as hotels in Paris only provide hand towels.

The location of the property was amazing, right around Trocadero, very easy access to the Metro and even the bus, short walking distance to my favorite view of the Eiffel Tower. The staff were very friendly and accomodating, overall it was a nice hotel.

The room was small, the bathroom was insanely small. I am familiar with Parisian hotels and this is the first hotel Ive been where I only had a medium size luggage and there was barely any space to move when I had it opened. The bathroom was super small your knees would hit the wall if you sit on the toilet, the shower curtains didnt fully cover the shower opening you’d pick which side of the bathroom youre willing to get a bit flooded.

The staff were absolutely amazing, friendly & informative. The location is perfect for eiffel Tower. The room was very comfortable.

No toilet roll had to ask reception, no complimentary water in the room. Only cheap decaff coffee supplied on the first night. We had to call to ask for coffee sachets each morning & was told there is no coffee service to rooms. So, I had to go downstairs. Not really good enough for the price you pay.

The location was fabulous. Close to restaurants and the Effiel tower was only about a 10 minute walk and close enough to also walk to the train station and Arch de triumph. Lovely friendly staff. Breakfast was great we probably should have just booked in breakfast everyday as it was lovely and a lot cheaper than going to the restaurant or Cafe. Rooms were petit but we still managed with the four of us and 4 big suitcases and 4 small hand luggage bags

The lift could only fit 1 to 2 at a time but it was all part of the excitement and it didn't bother us we just delt with it.

We had a lovely stay at this compact yet clean and well-equipped hotel. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed for a pleasant visit. What really stood out was the staff—everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.

The only downside was a noisy group of guests who kept us up until the early hours, but that was more about timing and not a reflection on the hotel itself.

Location was good. Not around the corner from the everything but well situated. The staff were polite and helpful.

Everything (common in Paris) was a bit cramped and tight. We stayed in a room up one flight (not accessible to the tiny lift). It was up a circular very tight stair case. The front desk helped with one of our heavy bags, but it was still quite a cardio with the 25K bag wresting, pulling, and tugging to the room. But the room, small as it was, was fine form the money paid- well appointed and very clean. Happy we were not too overweight as we could barely fit on the toilet LOL. An overweight person would simply not have been able to squeeze in there!

Staff are very friendly and helpful. There’s a lift which is rare in Paris! The rooms are tidy, clean and well maintained. The location is perfect- there’s a lovely restaurant ( Le Poincare) just around the corner with amazing food! The hotel is 5 mins walk to the metro and about 8-10 mins walk to the most unobstructed and stunning view of the Eiffel tower. My family and I would gladly stay in this hotel again.

Location was fantastic - very close to Trocadero and Eiffel Tower and Metro stations. Some lovely cafe's close by to enjoy nice Parisian breakfast. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Although room was small, bathroom was clean and tidy and shower was excellent.

Room was a bit on the small side. Lift only able to have 2 people with rucksacks...

Nice room and good location. A little tight for 2 adults and 2 kids, but was still a comfortable stay. Polite staff.

Not necessarily a dislike, but there is no front door access to the hotel after a certain time so you have to ring the bell and wait to be let in. There is only one person working so depending on where they might be, it could take them a few minutes to let you in.
