Loved this hotel! Beautiful decor, great ammenities and terrific location! The staff were very friendly and accommodating and were there to answer any questions with smiles. The breakfast was delicious and very thoughtfully presented. The beds were super comfortable as well. We were only here for one night to catch a connector flight home but I would definitely look up this hotel for my next visit to Paris!

The only downside was the size of our room. We stayed in a room with a balcony and there was zero room to open up a suitcase so we kept having to put the luggage on the bed to get our clothes etc. Kids’ room that had no balcony was larger with room to walk around the bed and separate toilet room from the shower/sink bathroom.

This was my 10th time to visit Paris especially this neighbourhood because it is a very classy one. My stay at this hotel exceeded all my expectations and was the most comfortable. I loved this hotel the moment I checked in, and the staff were all exceptional. I want to especially thank the “superhero” Nadir who made my stay just fabulous. He was very understanding of all my requests even before I arrive and made everything possible and even beyond our needs. Nadir and his staff arranged for a surprise champagne and decoration in the room to celebrate my birthday and also accommodated all the needs of my elderly mother. Moreover, he gave us 2 complimentary breakfast for 2 days. I also want to thank Alejandro who was great help for us throughout our stay and assisted us in every way possible. He has an exceptional character and a very hospitable fun manner that made us feel happy every time we see him. Also, I want to extend my gratitude to Brice who was very professional and assisted us with everything we needed in a very timely manner. His hospitality and customer service abilities were also exceptional. Finally, I want to thank all the ladies in the breakfast room and the housekeepers as well because they did a marvellous job meeting our needs and keeping everything clean. We did not use the pool or sauna but it was very clean and the smell all around the hotel was very relaxing. The hotel as a whole is very meticulously orchestrated to make all the guests feel comfortable and have a memorable stay. Thank you Nadir again for exceptionally managing this wonderful hotel. We will surely come back again…

Everything is amazing and clean!

First…. The staff is superb! Alejandro, Brice and Beilula took amazing care of us during the day! Booked messages in the spa pool area for us, gave lots of restaurants suggestions! At night the reception lovely lady helped us navigate hot chocolate and ice. Plus I left my jewelry in the room and checked out. When I called a few days later they had it for me!!! Wow! L’Ormaie is a wonderful botique hotel. Again all the staff are friendly and full of personality. Always clean rooms with comfortable beds, steamer, hair dryer and balcony. Message therapist was amazing, plus the pool area and steam-sauna rooms were a plus. Remember to reserve. Beautiful honor bar 24/7. Delicious breakfast every day. Served so sweetly by Rana and Veronica. Nice restaurants, wine shops and Trocadero is steps away!

It was very clean and all staff excellent and attentive!

Our stay was absolutely exceptional! The hotel itself was beautiful and well-kept with a perfect balance of comfort and style. The location was fantastic making it easy to get around and explore. The pool was beautiful and a great bonus that helped us to relax even more during our stay. Room service was on point every time, with delicious meals that arrived quickly. The staff truly made the experience even better as they were so kind, attentive and always willing to help. Overall, a wonderful stay that I would highly recommend to anyone!

Parisian luxury boutique hotel, 5 star service, everything was prime quality and living up to our expectations. Big Thank You to all the staff at Hôtel L'Ormaie & Spa for making our stay at the hotel one to remember. We celebrated my teenage daughter's birthday on our recent trip to Paris from May 29th to June 1st 2025. The Guest Relations Department ensured that we had a lovely room surprise and followed up with us to ensure that our stay was comfortable and everything was as it should be. In particular thanks to Alejandro, Mathys and Nadir who went above and beyond to make your stay memorable. The small personal touch and great service we have been receiving during our visit to Hôtel L'Ormaie & Spa, is the reason that we are coming back soon. We loved everything!

We loved this hotel. We stayed 2 nights after having visited Disneyland Paris with our child. The hotel is kid friendly and lots of space in the family room. We were greeted with drinks and chocolates which was a lovely surprise! The hotel pool is great we booked each evening before venturing out for dinner and had it to ourselves. Our child loved it! The hotel is also very close and walking distance to some of the main attractions including the tower. I have a dairy allergy and there was sufficient choice on the menu for breakfast. We would certainly stay here again.

Spotlessly clean hotel in a perfect location. Bedding was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was beautiful. Easy to explore Paris both by walking and use of nearby Metro station. Plenty of nearby restaurants and bakeries for breakfast and dinner. Wonderfully friendly and helpful staff.

Minor complaint: the hotel did offer afternoon cocktails and snacks, but this was at an additional charge. Previous hotels we have used in Paris offered complimentary afternoon tea/cocktails/snacks which was always appreciated after a hard day of touring.

Perfect! The staff were super friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much bother and they treated us to breakfast upgrade as it was a weekend break to celebrate my daughters birthday. The location was excellent - easily walkable to many tourist locations/ close metro lines with easy links to anywhere slightly further a field. The location was in a lovely area, we felt safe as a mother with 13 year old daughter. There were local cafes and restaurants on the same street to get excellent quality food at reasonable prices- Marzo had stunning pizza and a little Sushi/ Noodles place was also super good food- we got takeaway to eat in the hotel room. Would stay again.

I know Paris fairly well but this was the first time that I stayed in this area - which I loved. Ii is half way between the Art de Triomphe and Trocadero. There were fewer tourists than in other parts of Paris - St. Germain. le Marais, etc - but very easy to hop on the metro and go anywhere. I had specifically come to Paris to visit the Vuitton Foundation- and the Vuitton bus was a mere 15 minute walk from the hotel. I loved the swimming pool, which was free upon my arrival. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I would definitely return.
