The location was fantastic. So close to lots of authentic bars, restaurants, patisseries and bakeries. Very close to multiple metro stops too. Walking distance from Gare du Nord for the Eurostar. Despite this excellent location it was very quiet day and night in the room and we slept well. The staff were extremely polite and helpful, and there is very secure luggage storage for before and after check-in. Nice balcony view of the street and the air con worked well. The waterfall style shower was lovely and everything was super clean. Towels were fluffy and there was L'Occitane shampoo and soaps provided which was nice. I also liked that there was coffee and cakes available all day as well as fruit, for free.

Room was very small, which is fine and to be expected for this price in Paris, however the bathroom is less than 1m from the bed with a very thin wooden sliding door...for a couple means no real privacy whilst using the bathroom. Bed was quite hard, not my personal preference.

The hotel was in a fantastic location. The street had a supermarket, lovely bars and restaurants and the area was safe but lively. Staff were friendly, kind and approachable. The bedding and the carpet were very clean and comfortable. They were very accommodating with providing an iron and ironing board, champagne on arrival (as requested) and lovely rose petals on the bed and a nice note for my husbands birthday. Would recommend for a 3 star affordable hotel - value for money was great. They were happy to hold our luggage whilst we explored on the last day.

Bathroom was clean but the bottom of the shower appeared a little tired and stained around the seals and water pressure on the smaller shower was poor. Rooms were small but to be expected. The carpets leading to the room were dirty which put me off a little at first but I was happy with the room being clean. No milk or water provided in the room, you needed to go down stairs for that. The staff was happy to provide it when asked though.

Perfect Location for 5 nights in Paris, it was our first time, we were able to walk everywhere central and there’s two Metro stops close by to get around fast. Many Cafés, Restaurants and Supermarkets are in the Area. Our Room was big enough for two, has everything you need, like a SMEG kettle, L’Occitane shower product and we really liked the cute and cozy design overall. I requested one of the few Rooms with a Balcony for my Birthday, it was beautiful and we even arrived to a few balloons! All Staff are so kind and helpful, 24hr Reception always greeting you with a smile. Breakfast is great and we enjoyed the Possibility to grab a Pastry and Coffee all day/ night in the cozy Lobby. Also it‘s clean and we felt very safe. We‘ll for sure stay here again!! 😊

Within close proximity to cafes and restaurants. Shop is 2 mins away. Very nice decor. Clean and tidy. Very quiet as well. Free coffee is a bonus as well as free cakes!

Bed wasn’t the best and pillows weren’t great. Woke up with horrible back pain everyday.

Lovely room with a great view from the balcony and spacious bathroom with great shower and L’Occtaine toiletries. Loved the location - close to plenty of sites in Paris and great buzzing scene in the evenings. The staff were incredibly helpful and when we arrived there were balloons in the room after telling the hotel we were in Paris to celebrate my 30th birthday which made it really special. Overall fantastic stay and would love to come back!

It was slightly noisy in at night - you could hear people moving around in the rooms above, but nothing you wouldn’t expect from an old property.

Very friendly and helpful reception. Room was cleaned every day. Good breakfast, comfortable bed. Corridors were just being redecorated but done discretly. Set in a quiet street with restaurants and shops nearby. What we didn’t like is that we asked for a quiet room. What we got was a room with a view over the courtyard, even though it was a superior room. We could see only walls, no sunshine. Walls are thin, doors close loudly, so the room wasn’t quiet after all. Dining area small and little crowded but I think it only adds to the true Parisian feeling.

Our hotel was in a nice neighborhood near the Folies Bergeres theatre. Lots of small restaurants and 2 small supermarkets Monoprix and Franprix nearby. There are 2 metro stations close by Cadet and Grand Boulevards, Cadet is slightly closer and still has the 1900s art deco entrance. Our room was in the back (quieter) and on the small side. Still enough for a few nights. Good bathroom. The breakfast is very nice, plentiful as a varied continental breakfast. The croissants were delicious, and all the breads. The hot foods were mostly lukewarm at best, I think that there wasn't a heating unit under the pans. My husband commented on that. There is a sister hotel across the street Maxim Opera. It also seemed nice.

There wasn't much storage available. I left most of my things on the suitcase opened under the bed, like a big drawer.

The staff were so friendly and genuine, really made it a joy to come back each evening. Free coffee and cake every afternoon. Located within 5 mins of several metro stations, so super easy to traverse the whole city.

Room could have been a little bigger (once suitcases are in there’s not much wiggle room) Couldn’t find any English TV channels… not a big deal as we were rarely in need of a tv chill, but unusual not to even have bbc world.

Lovely hotel. The building is tastefully decorated and our room was lovely and comfortable. The Shower was excellent. Staff were incredibly friendly and coffee and cake is available For you on arrival which is a nice touch. Centrally located and a short stroll from the Metro

Outside is noisy due to the location of the hotel and the did keep us awake at night. We could hear people laughing and drinking until around 3am and around 7am the street cleaners took over and you could hear bin bottles being emptied but I don’t think any hotel in central Paris will be quiet! It was warm in the room but the air conditioning was switched off centrally so we needed to keep a window open which did increase the noise. But I wouldn’t mark the hotel down for this as they can’t do much about the location.

Everything was EXCEPTIONAL! Beautiful hotel clean and comfortable throughout and amazing breakfast. Location is perfect quiet but close to everything. Staff were very nice and helpful especially Adnan and Mattias. We have been to Paris a few times now and this is the best hotel we have been to! Will definitely be returning. The shower was also amazing along with the bed being very comfortable. Thank you for an amazing trip! Would highly highly recommend.
