Place location is great walking distance from train station and markets, staff English is bad , but they will do the best to help you out, big plus if you speak Spanish because they do!

Room is super small but normal for Paris I guess !

We stayed at Hotel Résidence Montebello in a studio apartment with a kitchenette, and it was a great choice for our short city break in Paris. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a few days as a family. The staff were very helpful and made check-in, check-out easy to deal with. The hotel is located on a quiet street, but still just a short walk from several bakeries, restaurants, and local shops, making it easy to grab breakfast or dinner nearby. It’s not a luxury stay, but it’s very adequate and practical, especially for families who appreciate having a small kitchen and a peaceful location to come back to after a day out exploring the city. We’d happily recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and calm place to stay in Paris.

One thing to note: there is no elevator, so carrying suitcases upstairs could be inconvenient for some travellers, especially those with mobility issues.

The location was great, a cozy, quiet street, delicious bakeries nearby, markets - where you can buy everything, you can walk to the Louvre in 30 minutes, we really liked the staff, especially the guy, I don't remember his name, but he helped us a lot with locations, how to get to Versailles, he explained in detail and printed out each street and stop for us, thanks him for that,I recommend place for everybody.

room for 4 people was little, It would also be nice if there were a hairdryer and iron in the rooms.

It was centrally located in the heart of Paris (6th Arrondissement). You are very close to the grocery stores like Monoprix, local butcher, bakery like Seco. I recommend this French restaurant which is only one block away from the hotel, Zero Zero Sevres, they serve one of the BEST boeuf bourguignon. If you want to do your own laundry, they don't have it in the hotel but there is one located directly across from the hotel. You can also walk to Le Bon Marche, which is a very popular mall that only sells luxury brands (i.e. Louis Vuitton, Moncler, Chanel, etc.), it's like a 10 minute walk. The nearest train station (Vaneau) is only a 3 minute walk. WARNING: they DO NOT have elevator/lift, so be prepared to walk up and down the stairs. However, everyone in the reception are very friendly and will help to carry your luggage to your room.

They don't have an elevator/lift but the staff will help you. The room we got didn't have good lightings so they need to upgrade their lighting. Our room was at the top floor and the door was very hard to open so the cleaning crew didn't bother to go inside to clean for a few days. However, I addressed this to the staff and they fixed it and they gave us clean towels and soaps. The staff can speak English but are not fluent so make sure you pull out your google translate just in case there is an issue with the language barrier.

Nice size room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Was nice having a kitchenette and the option to cook bacon and eggs for breakfast and small meals at night. Kitchen has a small pop-up table we used to eat our meals. Shower was nice and roomy, with good pressure. Was about 30 minutes from all the major highlights of the city, which didn't bother us since we like to eat and get the exercise. A large grocery store, pharmacy, shopping just a few minutes walk up the street. Budget apartment at a great price in Paris!

Could have used a utility knife in the kitchen. We made do with the steak knives to cut tomatoes, onions, peppers, etc. That is really the only inconvenience, which was not a big deal.

Great place to stay with amazing features. My room was provided with all cooking and kitchenware also a fridge. Bed was comfy too. Everything you need is there, spacious, comfortable and lovely interior

The only drawback was the heating system in the room which was not really working well. I visited during the winter and it was cold for both of my night there, was not able to inform the staff about it due to tight schedule and decided to tolerate it. Heating rack in the bathroom is not performing at its best as well. If they fix these issues, it would have been a perfect stay.

I had a great stay at the Montebello Hotel. The room was clean and modern, and the kitchen was fully equipped. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they allowed us to check in early with no fuss. The place is good value for money, somewhere between 2 and 3 star rating imo. It is located in a narrow quiet street but the main road is walking from there where you can find groceries, bakery etc. Venu train station is walkable. The small stove and kitchenette was useful to fix breakfast, quick meals, etc. Montebello is one of the very few places in the heart of Paris that has room accommodation for family of 4 at a reasonable price.

The rooms are compact than what it looks in picture. Although the room was one bedroom apartment, it felt cramped for family of 4 with all the luggage. The access is through very narrow stairs. There is no coffee or coffee maker in the room and staff said that tap water is not suitable to drink. The sofa bed is okay, not too comfy. However, the benefits outweigh the shortcomings.

Location was excellent,close to metro,and easy to get to Paris iconic attractions,museums etc 10 ⭐

We ,my husband and I are in our 70s,so being on the 3rd floor,and no lift ,we got healthy,walking up 3 flights of stairs,51 steps!!!!

The hotel is located on a quiet street right in the heart of the city. It feels more like a guest house, but it’s secure and very clean ❤️ We stayed on the 4th floor, and the stairs were quite exhausting after a long day in grand, stunning, unforgettable Paris — so if you can, try to book a room on a lower floor. Our room was small and had a tiny window with no view, but it was clean and comfortable. Overall, the price was fair for what we received.
