I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Paris. The staff were incredibly helpful and polite, especially Mr. Raul, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect during my stay. I wasn’t feeling well during part of my trip, and he did everything he could to make things as comfortable as possible for me and my daughter. His excellent service truly made a difference and made us feel very welcome. The hotel itself is clean, well-located, and offers comfortable rooms. Everything was just as expected, and I honestly have nothing to complain about. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

The front desk were very helpful. They were able to answer questions in English and give us directions of how to get around on the train and bus. Most businesses closed early for the holiday so we had to bring food to the room so that we wouldn't be hungry, the kitchen staff warmed our food up so that we didn't have to eat it cold. It was also in a God location but if you have children just know that it's in the Moulin Rouge district, which is racy lol. I also loved the winding stairs and mirror in the elevator for pictures.

I would've like to be able to change the TV language to English. Yes, it gives you a language option but it didn't work, not even the subtitles. But other than that, everything was good.

Liked very much! Location in heart of Pigalle surrounded by great cafes/restaurants all around any direction, about 2 short blocks from Moulin Rouge but away from seeing "red" district, on lively street corner but surprisingly quiet inside. Close to a few metro stops, Blanche stop reaches all of Paris quick and easy. Walking distance to everything in Montmartre (Sacre Coeur, Moulin, St Paul Church amazing). Have a filtered water machine in lobby!

Most of all I liked the location of this hotel. Metro is only 5 min far away from there and you can go anywhere from the hotel really fast and easily. The staff was really friendly with us. Most of them didn’t know English well but that was not a big problem, they were trying their best.

The smell of the hotel, there was strange smell in the corridor of the stages , fortunately only in the corridor and not in our room. First, they gave us a room on the Zero stage and we couldn’t see anything from its “window” but we said nothing about it. A little unforeseen event changed our situation and the staff helped us in changing our room. Second room was really nice, bigger than the previous one and we had really nice view from there. Sad was there were no robes or the slippers for a guest.

The staff here were very friendly and pleasant. The location is a perfect launch pad in terms of being central to so many landmarks and points of interest. Large selection of shops, restaurants and bars nearby.

Staying here really was a nice experience, and I would stay here again. That said, the rooms are very small. It would’ve been nice to have space for a microwave and a coffee pot. Again though, my sons and I used it basically to crash after long outings. So. In that regard it wasn’t too much of an impact.

The room was clean. It’s small but considering accommodation in Paris is tiny, it was ok. The bathroom is big though which was nice. Location is great and a few mins walk from a metro spot. Room was nicely cleaned everyday. AC and safe box work good. Fridge is tiny. They allowed me to store my luggage until I could leave to the airport which was nice. Staff is friendly.

The hotel was spotless clean and the staff were all friendly. As British we like a cup of tea. Tea bags weren't provided but the staff were happy to provide us with some on request :) Rooms are small but comfortable for two. The bed was comfortable, room was modern with a lovely bathroom too. We didn't eat in the hotel so can't comment on that. Highly recommend this hotel for a city break. Hotel is very central and just around the corner from Pigalle and Blanch metro stations so it is very easy to get to the tourist areas. This hotel is just a 2 minute walk from the Moulin Rouge. Montmartre is a lovely area with lots of lovely cafes and restaurants to eat at. It is essentially the 'red light district' of Paris but don't let that put you off, we (two women) felt very safe in this area and would happily return here.

The property did not disappoint. The room was very clean. And the beds were comfortable. I was prepared for the room to be small, but it was still very comfortable for two people. And both of us had one large suitcase and a carry-on suitcase. The location was close to a ton of resteraunts and an easy walk back from Sacre Couer. The staff was friendly.

Location is great, the area has many restaurants, shops and things to do. 10 minute walk to Sacre Coeur and touristic attractions in the area. Also convenient to public transportation.

A/C was super cold but didn't turn off by itself, but easily fixed if asked. Room was small but for one person is enough and functional. I was on the ground floor, so noise was a bit high from people walking on sidewalks and car. Nothing was a real impact in my stay, everything was fine.

everything was great! The hotel is very clean, beautiful, the view from the windows is just gorgeous! Thanks to the woman who was on the reception, she is the coolest! She helped us well, allowing to leave luggage for a few hours after check out. Wi-fi very good, breakfast very dense. I liked everything, but there was no toothpaste, but it’s okay.
