The staff were helpful and friendly, the room and bed were comfortable with a little balcony to sit out on. The food in the bar and room service were good quality. Location was a 2 minute walk from a metro station.

Although breakfast had a good choice range and the food was nice, it was extremely expensive. €76 for 2 continental breakfasts each day! In hindsight, we should have ventured out to the local cafes which were only a few minutes away.

Rooms not availBle when arrived even though was after 4 PM. Rooms cleaned at odd hours. ( one day was out all day until 4 and room wasnt cleaned. Never replaced used tea mugs entire 4 day stay. Just odd things never done.) Lobby bar was very hit& miss. Bartenders were ill trained. Courteous but one didnt know how to make a negroni!!

This was an outstanding hotel experience. The attention to detail and service was above excellent. The staff arranged a beautiful celebration package for my husband’s birthday. Our room had a view of the Eiffel Tower. It was a dream. A memory I will cherish.

Staff was responsive and remembered your name. The beds were super comfortable. We had two rooms. One was a jr suite, one standard. I would definitely book the suite. Had a little extra room for two chairs to sit and relax after a long day of walking

The property was a short walk from the Effie’s tower but not visible from the hotel, maybe from an upper floor but the photos are misleading

The hotel is in an excellent location, and the staff service is great. Highly recommended.

I stayed in a room on the second floor, and there was noise in the room. Every few minutes, I could hear it, and the noise continued from morning to night. It sounded like someone was jumping upstairs.

the proximity and services

the bathroom design, water splashed out from the shower making the door and carpets all wet and mouldy, the closet is too small; not fancy about the dinner, the ingredients repeating the breakfast menu, a lot of dishes were in small chunks, preferred to have a whole piece.

We asked for louvre tickets and they provide for us. The company they choose was very very bad and you don’t expect that 5 star hotel work with such a terrible tour.

The location was perfect

when I arrived the staff outdoor I gave them my car they said ask inside then I kept waiting even though it was after the checking in time then they informed me they will do the bee after 6pm which is ok then I entered the room to notice no water was provided which is complementary given and I called asking for it they said ok and no one brought it and the towels in the bathroom are dirty all with yellow and black marks and they were dust in all the room tables and the TV remote and it was noisy outside in the evening housekeeping was going on in the corridors

The one thing that was somewhat disappointing was the breakfast. For the price, I would have expected a full self-service buffet. I have had MUCH richer buffets at other hotels, even less expensive ones.
