First the fact that you are meant to pay a deposit of £300 even though part of it gets refunded to you because you are meant to pay a city tax, which I think is just another hidden charge is really annoying, people travel on a budget and then when you arrive you are told to pay £300 a night as deposit, it's outright heartless and wicked. It could be all the person has in their account and then the hotel holds your money hostage till when you are checking out then they inform you of a city tax that needs to be paid which will then be deducted from the total money deposited multiplied by the number of days you spent in the hotel. Never again.

THE ROOM WE HAD ON THE 19ST FLOOR HAD AN AMAZING VIEW AND INTERESTING DECORATION WITH WIDE WINDOWS ... YOU HAVE TO ASK FOR A ROOM IN A CORNER. MINE WAS 1909.. ENJOY!

Excellent hotel. Exceeded expectations and Im usually reserved in my praise.. By far best hotel I had stayed at in Paris in that price range. Room was a decent size especially for Paris. Little balcony is nice with chairs. Funky modern decor. Vg bathroom and shower. Access to a spa although hadn't time to use it. Coffee maker. Staff at reception really helpful. About 8 min walk to Metro. Good shops and restaurants nearby. Supermarket nearby. All in all fantastic stay during Olympics.

Sign for hotel wasn't obvious so didn't see it. Area is a modern business type area but the positive is lots of restaurants and feels v safe.

I loved the big crystal windows with a big view of the city. And the outdoors jakuzzi on the roof.

The toilet has no windows or ventilation. It was literally a small room with the toilet. Even though I booked in antellation asking for the windows with the views towards the Eiffel Tower I did not get that option. As it was raining we took the umbrellas from the hotel (which is nice to have and I appreciate) but as soon as we opened them both umbrellas broke. Very cheap material from this kind of hotel.

Fantastic hotel, had everything you could need. Staff were very helpful and all spoke a good level of English. Views were out of this world and they even provided complementary binoculars in the room. Having a deep bath with champagne overlooking the Eiffel Tower is a once in a lifetime experience and I highly recommend it. The spa/gym with outdoor jacuzzi was excellent, although more of a cardio based gym, had some small free weights, enough to get a decent workout with. Hotel was well placed with most landmarks within a 25 min metro or tram stop. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

Nothing, it was all fantastic.

We booked the family room it was really big they provided a new and clean baby cot .. everything was spotless clean .. the view was amazing overlooking seine river .. the staff were friendly and very accommodating to our needs and fast .. walking distance to cafes and supermarkets

The deposit was high they took 750 euros (150 euros per night) .. the breakfast was 32 euros per person , lacking the basics and was not worth it .. pillows were little high

The staff at this hotel were amazing. The staff at reception were friendly, welcoming and willing to help with anything. I took my mother for a 2 day Christmas break. She accidentally hurt her ankle and they were so attentive and helpful. Offered ice and also checked in on whether she needed a doctor. They made a special change to the set Christmas menu due to our dietary requirements and made cocktails on request. Rooms are comfortable with beautiful views. The bedding is comfortable. The rooms are clean , airy and bright. The lighting is lovely and the room is supported by great tech. Blinds and lights are regulated by the push of a button. The spa was lovely. The staff were amazing and my body scrub and massage was excellent. I left feeling relaxed and truly on cloud 9. The sauna was also great. Clean and accessible. The jacuzzi is outside so we did not use that as it was 12 degrees, but I’m sure in summer months it would be great. My mother has a shoulder issue and the masseur was great in offering a good massage that she was comfortable with. The restaurant and bar both offered good food and drink options. I would definitely stay here again.

The only thing that would have made the stay better would have been to have room service and ice machines on each floor.

I have been enticed by beautiful pictures before online and gotten there and it was a disappointment but this hotel was an amazing place it was clean it was nice stuff was amazing the bedding was so comfortable you didn't realize he wasn't at home. The sky bar had a view that it was amazing even the breakfast was amazing everything was up to my standard and I loved it would recommend it 10 times over I'm even recommending upcoming back next year for myself.

What I can say for definitely I did not like it had nothing to do with the hotel it more had to do with the transports train line 14, 10 was not not working throughout my stay and a few other stations were closed as well which made it very hard to navigate but was able to do so with the help of the reception. Due to next year a lot of things are being renovated updated so be aware that they may be some issues regarding transport wise

The property is amazing cannot fault it, staff amazing, room well equipped with everything you need for a nice stay!

The food in the restaurant is not very good quality/taste the breakfast and lunch/dinner is not great atall! Also Booking should of let us no that paris is out of season in august, there was litetally nothing open in surrounding areas it was like a deralict city where nobody goes all shops were shut, not much to do atall in august, i think booking should make this more clear before you go as they all go on annual leave for the full august month!
