What I appreciated the most was the way the receptionist, Myriam, treated us. She showed a level of professionalism that is rare to find nowadays. The breakfast basket was very well prepared and beautifully arranged! Thank you, Myriam! Our room was cleaned once, as stated in the rental agreement, and we were very satisfied with the cleanliness when it was done. We were very close to bus lines 80, 85, and 40, which helped us a lot in getting to the museums and castles we wanted to visit. It was just a 2-minute walk from the hotel to the bus stop. We were also close to the M12 metro line, about a 12-minute walk away. Room 102, August 5–19, Costea family.

Lovely new aparthotel near Sacre Coeur. Great design and very clean property .At this moment , not a very efficient ways of communication as can be confusing as staff not always visible . The building still is under construction ( details and area that needs to be completed ) but nothing to be disturbing as those details will be probably finished soon . Thank you and please take our comments in a constructive way as you have a lovely property .

Only a suggestion for management in training for staff : we needed some coffee pods , not being aware that can order over WhatsApp .In our way out , we saw a housekeeping trolley and , as couldn't see anyone around , we have picked up few pods from the trolley . Suddenly, a member of staff ,come out of nowhere very rapidly- probably watching CCTV cameras - and almost with a bit of serious attitude ''advised'' us that if we need anything we need to contact them on WhatsApp and not to help out ourself . I totally understand the idea but the way the lady said it was a bit over the limit . As staff can stay behind cameras also they can be more visible on floor .I can suggest to have more information inside the apartments so this situation shouldn't happened again .

The location was perfect! There are so many nice restaurants and cafes. The metro train station was close by to get around and explore paris. The hotel was clean and the beds are comfy. The bouns was having your own kitchen in the room. Cute touches like free coffee and hot chocolate was a plus. Myriam at the reception went above and beyond helping us when ever we needed something. These days that service is so hard to find and she made our stay extra special and one not to forget! Thank you. Thank you! Merci from Australia.

My husband & I stayed three nights at the recently renovated bldg that has been transformed into the Yuma Montmartre. Room 204 is a clean, functional 1 bedroom; perfect for two people. Windows that can be opened in nice weather blocked out almost all outside noise. Hotel is on a quiet side street with restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores, & public transport nearby. Despite a few, minor negatives noted below, we would stay here again the next time we're in Paris.

Face cloths would be a nice addition in the bathroom. Microwave & dishwasher instruction manuals would also be helpful. Emails from the hotel before our stay were a bit concerning (e.g., 24hrs to submit personal/passport details or reservation would be cancelled), but the final confirmation that included details of entry eliminated our concerns. Despite these few, minor negatives, we would stay here again the next time we're in Paris.

The hotel is only new and they have done a great job - super location and plenty around the area and good metro connections - stayed with my 2 daughters and used this as a base to travel around - super easy checkin and a great welcome - the man that checked us in is a credit to the hotel - the apartment had everything that we needed and was spotless. Able to leave luggage after checkout and collect it later before heading home. The best place I have stayed for a city break - if your thinking of booking I would recommend going ahead you will not be disappointed

The location is 7 minutes walk from the nearest metro station. There are lots of restaurants around you are spoilt for choice. The hotel was beautiful, the storage facilities were excellent, large individual lockable lockers. The apartment was immaculate, it had everything you needed such as washing liquid, hand wash, shower gel, shampoo, dish washing tablets, cleaning equipment, tea towel, coffees, teas and complimentary drinks in the fridge and madelines. The next to time I am in Paris I will be staying there without a doubt. We stayed in the one bedroom apartment on the first floor. You can even order a light breakfast via a QR code in the room and have it delivered the next morning at a time you choose. All of the staff were so helpful and welcoming I cannot fault anything.

Immaculate, modern apartment in great condition. The bathroom was great and the beds were really comfortable.

I was missing some ambient lighting to use in the evenings. The bright ceiling lights were not so comfortable. The issue would be solved with a standing light or a couple of table lights.

I don't usually write reviews, but in this case I feel I must, because I was really impressed by this hotel. The concept is brilliant: check-in is done completely automatically - you fill out a form online, receive a code, and enter the apartment directly upon arrival, without the slightest delay. This is how the future of travel should work. The room itself was perfect - a great combination of hotel luxury and apartment flexibility. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a kettle, coffee machine, fridge, all you need. I don’t know if it’s the same in every room, but mine - on the fifth floor - had a bed placed right beside a full-height window, offering an astonishing view. Lying in it felt almost like floating above Montmartre. The location is ideal: not too touristy, yet just a 10-minute walk from the Sacre-Coeur and the heart of this beautiful hill. In short, one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in.

We loved the room size and the the facilities. The room is quite spacious, bigger than it appears in the photos, exceptionally clean and really homey. The kitchen is fully (and modern!) furnished and has all the utensils you might need during your longer stay, it's even equipped with a dishwasher! The bathroom is very large, very clean and a blowdryer is included, as is an iron and ironing board. With enough coat hangers provided, I must add, usually a gripe with other hotels we stay at. The bed in our room was on a mezzanine, which might be a problem to people with mobility issues or knee problems, but for us it was just perfect. The view directly from the bed is stunning (you can see the Parisian rooftops) and it was a joy to wake up to every day. The bed and pillows were comfy, the pillows specifically, a nice change from some hotels. We used the baggage storage on our last day since we had a late flight and it was super easy to use and, of course, free. The staff is always there to help and they were very nice and welcoming. Even though you have self check-in and check-out, it's really nice of them to greet you as you arrive and leave. The hotel lobby also has a coffee machine with free coffee and hot beverages for guests and some books about Paris that you can go through as you chill.

Although we were very happy with our room and our stay in general, the water pressure in the shower was pretty low. We stayed here in February when it's really cold so we really appreciate a hot shower, and the low pressure made it a bit difficult.

Simple access by underground from CDG and ORY airport. Few minutes away by feet to Montmartre and Sacre Coeur. Everything you need close nearby, bakery, winery, grocery shop. The hotel itself is excellent, new, clean, very nicely furnished. The beds are comfy, even the bed-sofa. Coffee machine and small kitchen included. Even a small dishwasher. I liked the cosmetics products provided. The checkin and checkout were smooth and automatic. All personnel we met was extremely friendly and helpful. I cannot think of any single thing I could complain about. The street was quiet so no noise during the night. I cannot only recommend, really a perfect place to stay at in Paris ❤️
