The staff at the desk is wonderful, real MVPs of this hotel. We booked 2 rooms, in both A/C wouldn’t start working unless front desk staff interfered, but they did work. Location was amazing, right by the highway, which was perfect for my needs. Price was decent also.

Fridge in one of the rooms we booked didn’t work As said in positives, A/C wasn’t working until staff interfered. I couldn’t get both of them going by myself. At first i thought we would need two other rooms.

Dirty floors in the room, very small rooms to travel with kids (stroller), couldn’t get there from metro station because the road was closed. Nothing is close to hotel. Had to take taxi to the closest mall. For one night stay is fine but not more. Dirty and sticky tables at the dinning room. No air conditioning at the reception and the dinning room

This is definitely the best hotel for Paris Japan Expo. It's really close to Parc des Expositions and is great value for money. The rooms are also a little larger than some other nearby hotels. Also, the restaurant here is fantastic.

There was just a couple of things that weren't great. we had a twin room, but the beds were so close together it may as well have been a double. Also, the cleaning was very haphazard. The sheets weren't changed and, on one occasion, not even replaced on the bed. The only soap container was left empty. Strange because the staff were really lovely and brought soap when we asked, but it was odd they didn't check things like that.

Staff was extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful! Cheap room and good location for festival at parc des expositions. Large grass field in the back of the hotel where it was nice to sit and hangout!

Rooms were a bit small but for the price it was fine

Close to airport and a simple clean room. Good little lobby area with charging stations and a bar / restaurant.

In the middle of no where and seemed a bit sketchy. There was someone kicking off the night we arrived the staff did however handle this brilliantly.

tableau in the room are not realy childfriendly, this can better a natural tableaus.

The parking is very good

The staff were very very helpful. They did everything they could to help with issues we had, spoke English very well.

Air conditioning didn't work. Shower didn't stay upwards on the holder.

Very clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed. Good restaurant with profesional service. The hotel is perfect for visit the exhibition,10-15 minutes walking from hall5 entrance or 2 bus stops.

Very small room. The price because of the SIAL exhibition was 340 euro for 1 night
