We left our passports in the safe of our previous hotel in Annecy. The previous hotel wouldn’t send them to our onward hotel. Our onward hotel in Paris wouldn’t help either. Understandably we were tearing our hair out, contemplating a 7 hour round trip to go and get them ourselves. However Olivier Leflaive Hotel sorted it all out for us, even though they were piggy in the middle. They organised to send the passport from Annecy to Paris. This was all done over the Bastille holiday period, which added to the chaos. We cannot thank Aurelia and Sophie enough. This is what defines a premium establishment. It’s not about fancy decorations and polite staff. It’s about staff that go out of their way to help you.

Beautiful hotel in a good location, we just stayed for one night as a stopover, in a superior room. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was large with a nice view over the square. As it was just a stopover we didn’t have time to try any of the activities and the restaurant was full (last minute booking on a busy weekend) so didn’t try the food, but we had a lovely time.

What an amazing hotel. The village is picturesque. The hotel was beautiful. The staff were attentive and helpful without being obtrusive. The meal in the restaurant was mind blowing to say the least. I have eaten in fine restaurants and many michelin stared places around the world, this one is absolutely one of the best meals i have ever had, and i do not say that lightly. Even though i live in the UK i will be returning here. Thank you so much for a fantastic time.

I wish it was closer to my home so I could go more often.

good breakfast buffet style, but good choice and good service. I am always slightly disappointed with breakfasts in France - the bread and croissants could be warm, which would make an immense difference. Breakfast is the last impression one has of a place and should therefore be exceptional. But this was a better than normal example.

The bath did not work - I filled it for at least 15 minutes and it was still only 5 inches full. I don't know if the problem was the plug or the water pressure, but there was a problem. if you had been looking forward to a bath and then couldn't have it, that is a bit sad. finally, there was a kettle etc. to make tea - but no milk: even condensed milk would be good. given that at least half the clientele were English or American, this was an omission.

Great location, great size room, very clean and staff very helpful

We checked in earlier that 3 pm but no mention that we would be charged an additional 10 euros for the privilege, which considering the overall cost seems a bit mean. If we had been advised we would have come back later. No dress code whatsoever in the dining room with people in tatty shorts and flip flops, that might have been just one party who were extremely loud and spoiled our very expensive meal. Others were a little smarter but still in Jeans. We were under the impression that smart shirt and Jacket was required so that needs amendmending in the information

We loved our stay at Olivier Leflaive! It was exactly what we were looking for. The staff was very friendly (special shoutout to Andrew in the restaurant!) and the food was amazing. Thank you for everything!

Lovely hotel, staff and food. Very clean. Owner present and welcoming guests. Beautiful quiet village and surrounding countryside/ vineyards.

Room, although large was a little basic. Very small bathroom.

Outstanding in every way. A charming hotel, with well modernised rooms. The staff in every area were friendly and ready to help in any way. And, of course, the dining and wining experience was truly memorable. We shall be back!

The renovation work has tastefully elevated the Hotel and Restaurant while maintaining its authentic charm and character. The Family work hard to create a friendly but not overly formal Guest experience - genuine charm

Amazingly they could push the sale of their wines more - make ordering and collecting wines easier. Suggest wines you enjoyed at dinner could be boxed and waiting at check out.

Excellent hotel in Puligny-Montrachet. Very quiet location close to the vineyards.

Very friendly and professional staff. Excellent wine tasting by the sommelier and a very good restaurant.
