The Gourmet Restaurant, Table de la Cueillette is Exceptional!! As is the lovely Gentleman who served us there and at The Bar. He made my husband’s birthday very memorable and special. Huge Thank you to him. The grand dining room is amazing and provides a very special and unique environment. Our overall experience at this restaurant was better than all others we dined at on this trip including those with 1 and 2 Michelin stars. Thoroughly recommend. All staff we met at this hotel were lovely and very friendly and helpful.

The deluxe room was very basic. Nothing deluxe about it esp for the price. Bathroom floor was sticky and towels were small and low quality. However it was comfortable and we will overlook this as our overall experience here because of the restaurant and bar was memorable. And staying in this historic Chateau was a special experience. Indoor pool was cold. Did not get to try Bistro as No restaurants or food or bar open on Sundays (or Mondays?)

The Chateau is beautiful and the setting is picture perfect. Close to the old town of Mersault. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. Reception staff were very helpful and assisted with restaurant bookings.

This was the 3rd time staying here, and we were a little disappointed with the Bistro restaurant and the breakfast service. The personal touch we experienced in the past was not there this time, which was disappointing, considering the price paid and the fact that we had booked 4 rooms for 3 nights. The Service at the Bistro and at breakfast was very impersonal, and no plates were cleared at the buffet breakfast as they had 1 staff member on duty. Some items on the dinner menu were not available which was also disappointing.

Fabulous chateau in the heart of Mersault. Gorgeous dining room and lovely interior. Has a lift so managing luggage is a breeze. Room was very clean and modern.

We did not have good service in the restaurant when we went for dinner. I was served the wrong entree so my husband had to wait another 15 minutes to eat. At one point, the staff disappeared and we sat there for 20 minutes waiting for the table to be cleared and for more drinks and dessert to be offered. Finally we gave up and went to the bar and asked for our bill. Waited another 5 minutes and had to tell them to put it on our room bc we were tired of waiting on the staff to do their jobs in a timely manner. It was very disappointing.

The jacuzzi and indoor swimming pool were very cold although the water was supposed to be very warm. We wanted so much to enjoy and relax but there wasn’t any technician to repair or check the issue. The sauna was in bad conditions some sticks broken… the humid sauna also looked and smelled very bad…. Lack of maintenance and also in the swimming pool… and was a shame. One if the room was a junior suite that resulted to be like a normal room, even smaller… the price we paid was much higher to what we actually got….

Beautiful property close to town and cycling routes. The staff were amazing! Gaelle and Mary at the front desk were so helpful and very happy to help. The restaurant staff were amazing: Louis, Mike, Juan and Elora! Thank you! We loved the spa after a 4 hour rainy bike ride and were delighted it was included in the cost of our room. The food was fabulous! Chef Takashi Kinoshita is an artist and brilliant chef and the breakfasts were delicious and hearty and kept us cycling all day until dinner! Many thanks to the friendly friendly staff. We had a wonderful time!

Excellent service, Outstanding location in a beautiful historical building. Food was excellent and the wines were well paired. We were able to borrow bikes after check out and did a wonderful cycle tour though the vines. The bathroom was large and perfectly clean and had a great layout. The bedroom was also very comfortable with a beautiful view over the vineyards. The icing on the cake was that the owner himself very kindly offered to drop us down to the train station after our stay as we were walking, it was very nice and he told us about the history of the hotel and the spa. It added to feeling of quality that comes with family ownership and management. Overall excellent experience and even though you might think it seems a bit expensive it was actually excellent value for money.

The chateau was just beautiful! Everything you would expect when staying in Burgundy. Staff were wonderful and Damien at reception was especially helpful. Room was good size and big bathroom and modern. Spa and jacuzzi area were great too! The found in the bistro was excellent and options of a 2 course or 3 course at great prices!

Unfortunately we tried to book spa treatments on arrival but they were full for the 3 days we were there.

The location is absolutely magical. Nestled in the heart of a tiny town, it's perfect for visiting wineries, great restaurants, and just overall relaxation. The restaurant was also top-notch, the staff was very helpful, and overall we had an amazing experience.

The spa is nice, but the pool and jacuzzi aren't anything special. The pool is mostly indoors and the jacuzzi was inconsistent in temperature at times.

The Castle itself is beautiful and well maintained The Garden for the breakfast and restaurant is lovely, the Menu of the restaurant is simple, not expensive and the food is good. The Included SPA is a plus to relax after having enjoyed Burgundy tour.

Beautiful hotel in a quiet village. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, we would not hesitate to stop again. We only stayed for one night so did not have time to make full use of the spa etc. we did have dinner which was a fantastic foodie experience 10/10 for a brilliant culinary delight.
