There's nothing about this inn that we didn't like. Emma and Phil were super friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly wonderful hosts. They're native English speakers who also speak French, so it's very helpful for us because we can't speak French too well! The room itself was very very spacious and with our 5 bags, we still had room to walk around. The bathroom was very clean. Bailey is also their wonderful puppy who was full of life and super cute. The free breakfast in their dining room makes you feel just at home.

Stunning accomodation in the centre of a beautiful and peaceful village with so many sights to see in the area. We were made to feel so welcome by Philip and his family, who went out of their way to make our stay so memorable. The property has been lovingly restored and has delightful spacious rooms with windows and balconies for a gorgeous breeze in summer. The beds are super comfy and Philip helped us park right outside. There are a few, pizza and bakeries a few steps away and beautiful walks along the river and historical buildings. Thank you for making our short stay so amazing, our entire family will remember your family and beautiful property. The wine and breakfast is fantastic and Philips wife is a talented artist. We took a little piece of her work with us to remember our stay.

The house is situated very nicely in the village. It is beautifully restored and everything is fresh and new with a lot of attention to detail. The host is amazing. It's an extremely friendly and open family. It is a great place to stay for just the night on the way south, or for a longer time enjoying the area. We were a group of motorbikes and parking was right in front of the door, with storage available in the locked garage.

Friendly owners and great service keeping our refrigerated items cool in their fridge/freezer. Comfortable beds, great for a stopover.

No real seating in the room to enjoy a drink and wind down. But the inner courtyard was a great alternative.

This is a fabulous property in a beautiful location hosted by really lovely people. Fantastic breakfast! This is honestly one of the best places we have stayed in while travelling around France. It is a beautifully renovated and very comfortable property where guests are extremely well looked after by the wonderful hosts.

Emma and Philip are excellent hosts and very welcoming. The historic building has been very tastefully refurbished. The breakfast is great. Overall great value for money. We will aim to stay there again when next in the area and will recommend to our friends/acquaintances.

Had a great stay with my 2 boys in an old-style Inn with very friendly & helpful hosts. Highly recommended. We liked the rustic feel, the comfy beds, the large room and the general welcoming atmosphere. My boys were specifically happy about the table-football downstairs, which they used intensely. I appreciated also the information and directions to an excursion in the area ("Puy de Vichatel") and the good breakfast.

The WiFi is not the best, as was the TV-connection in the room (the boys complaint...)

Super stay in this beautifull renovated house. Its really very central in town and close to a nice restaurant /bar. Beautifull old bridge and castle close bye 5minutes walk. Very friendly owners.

We really loved how cozy and comfortable was the accommodation. The room is really big. Emma and Philip are really kind and welcoming.

there was no air conditioning, and although it was fairly cool in the rooms, airco would have been appreciated.
