We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It’s very well located, just a short drive from the motorway exit, which made it extremely convenient for us. The hotel itself is clean, modern, and well-maintained, with everything you could possibly need. Our room was comfortable and nicely decorated, and we were lucky to have a beautiful view of the mountains from our window – absolutely stunning. The service was excellent throughout our stay. The staff were warm, welcoming, and more than helpful – truly a pleasure to deal with. And the food? Absolutely delicious! From start to finish, our experience exceeded expectations. Comfortable room, good location (for our stop-off) and plenty of parking. Evening meal was delicious! Checkout was quick and efficient, allowing us to get on the road for the next stage of our trip.

Some of the staff were a bit dismissive. For example, at check-in I asked how much extra it would cost for breakfast. Never got an answer, just that "it's fine" (later found out the price, and assume there must have been caviar involved, at that price! Also booked our evening meal for 1900, but we're told on arrival at the restaurant that they would seat us 10 mins later (15-20 in reality). Turns out that the delay was due to the staff still chatting over their dinner and coffee......

Friendly staff, very accommodating, couldn't do enough for us. Perfect location, idillic yet close to the Autoroute. Dinner and breakfast was superb. Our room was excellent, plenty of space, beds so comfortable, bathroom beautiful, wonderful shower and bath. I can't fault this place it was really wonderful.

Convenient location nearby the motorway but not too near. Pleasant outlook at the rear and comfortable room. Food good and fair price.

The first room we were allocated had an unpleasant smell and perhaps a heavy smoker was the previous guest. The very nice receptionist gave us an alternative room and this was good.

We have stayed in this hotel previously and always enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent for a stop over on our way to the south of France. The hotel is run very efficiently with helpful staff. It is very clean and comfortable. Restaurant excellent, delicious breakfast!

The hotel was superbly appointed and so close to the motorway. Everything was above our expectations and although it was a Sunday which meant the restaurant was closed, meals in a jar were available and the receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly.

Breakfast choice was limited and there appeared to be no option for porridge to be heated up.

Reception staff friendly and helpful. Room very well presented with the additions removed from so many other hotels.. ie kettle .. fridge..coffee maker

Insufficient supplies in room. ie milk tea bags. Big bottles of water on corridors good idea but run out quickly trying to service so many rooms

Great location, smelt lovely as you walked in. Receptionist very nice and welcoming. Ideal for a stop over after a very long drive from Spain. Had a lovely meal in the restaurant. Clean and well kept room. Thoroughly recommend a stay here 😊

Friendly reception and all the staff who appeared to consist of young ladies, were quite excellent, being cheerful, helpful and friendly. Room was comfortable with nice shower and all facilities. Plenty of parking space. Generally a super hotel.

The hotel is in a fantastic location south of Clermont Ferrand. Ideal when you are travelling south. They have a levely terrace and serve a Ln excellent breakfast. They have also an enclosed car park secured by a gate. So you can leave luggage in the car and don't have to worry. Very friendly staff on top.
